Yes, Sgt Major.Hey you two, get back on the topic of this thread or I will alert the Mods
Yes. I've already done so, I believe. If you happened to be an author, <<clearing throat>> in your profile there's a place to share about yourself, insert a website if you have one, and your facebook and/or twitter handle, if you have those.
I just bought it for $0.00. Thanks for the heads-up!Thanks, actually wasn't talking about my own books but that's good to know. I really wanted to mention a story that's free on Amazon called "Untaken, 12 Hours Following the Rapture" by C.O. Wyler. It's free to read on Kindle (which you can put on your phone for free) and a well written, disturbing story that you can share with friends.

I think I may have signed up for it to look at something and almost immediately was banned when I hadn't done anything yet. That happened to me at one site and I'm guessing it was this site. I'd just forgotten about it. It's not an identity theft situation.@Tall Timbers getting banned from a social media site where you don't have an account is a symptom of identity theft.
Thanks. And that’s so cool that you’re an actual author. Thanks, actually wasn't talking about my own books but that's good to know. There were times last year when i personally thought we could be here a little longer than we liked but then Oct 7 occurred and my perspective has since shiftedIs it just me, or do others feel that not only are we in the season, but that the season is almost over? With whats going on in the middle east, the prophetic clock is winding down.
How close are the left behind to being here one second after the rapture? Closer than yesterday, but not close enough for the church.
Praying for our unsaved loved ones to not be here after the rapture
and also moves getting closer to a cashless societyI feel we are close too, Andy. Although feelings are not a determination, I can’t help but feel when I see what is happening. This situation with Israel could not possibly resolve itself or fizzle out. I see it becoming larger and more complex, and leading to…something. This, in combination with other things I see, make me feel that we are going home soon.
It’s exciting, but a little strange too. To think that very soon, we will actually be transformed, and will see Him face to face.
My left behind letter is out in plain view at this point. It looks crazy to my flesh
The other things I see that are scriptural:
Increased earthquakes, the movements toward one world religion, the temple preparations, wars and rumors of WWIII. Love grown cold, rejecting of truth and embracing of lies. People receiving Christ via dreams and visions.
I am a never-been who writes. It’s sooo much work. I enjoy the end result, but not the process. We have become lazier with our website. It doesn’t help that we have only around 200 people reading every month. And they hardly ever comment. “HELLLOOOOOOO……Aww thanks! Not writing much lately but want to get back to it .

I remember advice I read many, many, many years ago when I was starting my career. It was this-- “Writing is easy. You just sit at your typewriter until beads of blood begin forming on your forehead."
Glad to hear it.I think I may have signed up for it to look at something and almost immediately was banned when I hadn't done anything yet. That happened to me at one site and I'm guessing it was this site. I'd just forgotten about it. It's not an identity theft situation.
You mean all writers have stigmata?I remember advice I read many, many, many years ago when I was starting my career. It was this-- “Writing is easy. You just sit at your typewriter until beads of blood begin forming on your forehead."

Although once one is established and popular, the books do tend to market themselvesIt is, when working on a project it's like having homework every day.
Someone once said "I don't like to write, I like to have written."
But that's the better part, because once you're done and been through critiques and edits and proofing, the real work starts. You have to market your own books and that's a lot.
I remember how it felt working on my dissertation and how much work, micromanagement, criticism, editing, rewriting, committee changes, and constant program/rule changes . . . ended up failing out during dissertation because "life happened" [sigh] Glad to have been through the experience, though, and still have the knowledge.
