Immediately after the Rapture

Very good summary. I was registered on TG on various foreign language channels from Europe that actually aimed to educate about the agenda. But since what is happening in Israel, the worst anti-Semitism prevails almost everywhere, which is why I had to unsubscribe from these channels. So I would add these anti-Semites who are not interested in the truth to the author's good list of those who are in danger of falling prey to delusion.

Good read.

I believe the Strong Delusion in the below scripture will likely be given at the Mid point of the Tribulation. The lie they will believe is when the AC declares himself to be God when he defiles the temple. If the strong delusion was given at the beginning of the tribulation, who would then be able to become a new believer, tribulation Saint. JMHO.

2 Thessalonians 2
9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

It is unfortunate that many Christians who are ignorant of antisemitism get caught up in a lot of these "conservative" gurus on social media and before they know it are knee deep in anti-zionist garbage.

If i was not firm on God's clear promise to those who bless Israel will be blessed I would be too.

I like Sam too, but like David Wood they lean Calvanist (who teaches the church = Israel and there is no pre-mil rapture).

I was on a youtube binge in relation to his video and the first big alarm bell came to me when he had a video on what Matt 24 was supposed to mean regarding the generation that won't pass.

Then i seen on my feed a video on the pretrib and my mind was saying if he's misinterpreted Matt 24 so bad more than likely he is not a pretrib believer and lo and behold more gut feels were correct..

I find it a bit ironic that when he has Jews on his program, he is more than happy to go to different translations like the Hebrew bible to identify Jesus yet for the rapture he only stuck to the english bible which of course wouldn't show it.

The guy who was being interviewed and was a pretrib guy wasn't concrete in his beliefs and didn't know his bible well enough to refute Sam's position.

I just couldn't care to watch the video any longer

World wide chaos, untold number of deaths as a direct result of the rapture….Planes pilotless, cars crashing with no drivers…..etc…Looting will commence right away. Evil unleashed that had previously been held back. Think how evil the world has become in our lifetime, its unimaginable how evil it will become after the Holy Spirit stops restraining.

Another area I think about is if the Age of Accountability is true, and all children under a certain age will be raptured. If this is true, then all countries will feel the devastation not just those countries with a higher percentage of Christians.
I forgot about the children. Yes I agree.

What I was thinking when I quoted the narrow way, few there be that find it - from Jesus In Matt 7:13-14

"13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."

When Jesus said that he was referring to all of humanity. Over the generations there have been many wide spread revivals, and there still will be. Where huge numbers get saved.

But

as a percentage of the overall population, the numbers compared to the overall population remain small. It's still a narrow way.

Yes that post Rapture/Tribulation period will result in a HUGE number of martyrs, and something else to consider.

Enough Gentiles and Jews are saved AND HAVE TO SURVIVE during the post Rapture thru to end of Trib that they repopulate the Millennial kingdom- even remaining distinct nations so there HAVE to be a lot who are saved, and still miraculously survive to resettle their national areas and repopulate the various nations.

While those numbers are good, and viewed as a group they are huge, when seen as a percentage of humanity entering the post Rapture period, they are still much smaller. The earth dwellers - the unbelievers still out number them.

Rev 7: 9-14 - a great multitude, which no man could number- v 14 specifies -out of great tribulation

9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

I hope and pray my unsaved loved ones grow a brain cell and buy a vowel and get up and get saved, if not before the Rapture then after. Because the alternative is dreadful.

But I've watched the numbers over the years. Most go thru that wide gate to destruction. Its' the "default" setting for most people.

My dads side are all unsaved. All that I prayed for with the exception of my sister are in hell or on the way. My mothers side, most are in heaven and those who remain down here about 13 are saved, the other 6 aren't. Not counting spouses marrying into the family.

As Erika pointed out - God has no grandchildren.

While I hope and pray every single night for the unsaved in my family and George's, I look at the current situation and barring a miracle, very few of the unsaved in my family will go in the Rapture if any.

I think a certain number might give their head a shake after the Rapture and turn to Christ- I've told them all about the Rapture and their need to get saved.

But realistically knowing what I do of their attitudes - many of them would double down in unbelief and anger that God would dare to do something they didn't approve of.

You see amongst my family members now residing in hell fire - and there are quite a few- their consistent pattern is "God wouldn't send me to hell" or "I could never believe in a God who would send people to hell" The older they got the more hardened and set in that attitude they became.

God will certainly save a huge number of people, the martyrs and the survivors- as the Word says in Revelation 7- it's an uncountable number so it's huge.

I think that will come about from the 2 Witnesses, the 144,000 and the angels proclaiming the Everlasting Gospel.

Some will definitely be from people whose friends and family warned them about the Rapture, the Tribulation and their need to get saved. Many will have been on the fence, and this will pop them over the edge to salvation. I hope and pray some of my family is in that number.

I think the parents of small children will be most likely to want to get saved once they realize what's happened and where their children are. Again I hope and pray some of my family who adore their children and aren't saved yet, will remember things I said and get saved.

But out of the now 8 billion I think it is on the planet, most will proceed to destruction preferring the lie to the truth.

The Tribulation period is going to result in an enormous salvation of multitudes.

However a larger number will be aware that it is God- they talk about the Wrath of the Lamb- and would prefer a mountain fall on them than to kneel before the King of Kings and humbly admit they need Him to save them.

***I saw this today and thought to post here since it has some consensus of what may happen right after the Rapture.
I'll post excerpts from the article.....

What's going to happen 30 seconds after the rapture? Prophecy Pros answer
What will happen 30 seconds after the rapture?

Jeff Kinley and Todd Hampson, hosts of the popular "Prophesy Pros Podcast," said the pre-tribulation rapture — an End Times event many Christians believe will happen that involves believers, both living and resurrected, being lifted up into the air to meet Jesus — will have a “cataclysmic impact on the planet.”

Describing how non-Christians might react to the rapture, Kinley said, for him, five words come to mind: “shock, confusion, panic, terror and chaos.”

“You're in a mall. You're at a football stadium. You're on an airplane. You're driving in a car. You're walking down the street, … school, wherever. And all of a sudden, scores of people just vanish from sight,” Kinley said, illustrating to listeners what that event might look like.

“Let's just say there are 100 million [Christians on Earth]. And those people instantly disappear from planet Earth. How is that going to impact the world?”

Kinley said that when the rapture occurs, he believes people will react by going on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and news outlets to attempt to understand what has happened.

Following the rapture, Hampson said, unbelievers are likely to experience “chaos, grief and panic.” And he said many people will try to use the aftermath of the rapture as an opportunity to capture the minds of other people through deceptive explanations outside of biblical truth about what has occurred.

“People are going to look for answers. … And I think there are evil people, globalists and other people who will not hesitate for a second and realize this is the moment they've all been waiting for. This is the crisis that's finally going to let them push everything over the edge,” Hampson predicted.

“But there are probably other excuses too. [Unbelievers might try to make sense of the rapture by saying] ‘there's probably wormholes and physics type stuff.’ … I can see people speculating, ‘Oh, they were taken up in a wormhole and all these people got sucked out.’ So there's going to be all kinds of wild explanations and initially, people will gravitate to it.”

“There will be some people who are close enough to Christian teaching who will realize right off the bat, ‘Oh my gosh, this is the rapture that my sister was talking about, or my grandmother was telling me about or that I used to make fun of,” he said.

I think it swings to two extremes. A lot of Christians are antisemitic, but there are those who swing the other way, too, and think of Israel as somehow special with regard to salvation. It's important to say that while the church has not replaced Israel, but has been grafted in, those Jews who have not accepted Jesus as their Messiah are just as lost as any gentile that has not accepted Jesus. There is a remnant of Jews who are preserved as God's own, and there are still promises that are in play for the nation of Israel, but we need to remember to pray for the salvation of Jews as well during this age of grace.

I do believe there will be a huge harvest during the Tribulation years, the Bible tells us so. There will likely be some who recognize that the disappearance was the Rapture of Christians they heard about. For most, I imagine, they'll choose Jesus over all the evil that they're seeing and experiencing around them everyday. When Christians start getting executed for merely being Christians, I think that'll have a huge effect on many, leading them to choose Christ.

The angel(s) proclaiming the gospel and warning the world of judgment along with the 144,000 may well be what reaps the majority of the harvest.

Meanwhile the majority will revel in evil for as long as they can.
Gosh… this is what I always wonder!! Will family and friends of rapture watchers who openly discussed it have the lightbulb go off and remember how we warned them? Or does God put a delusion and hardened heart upon them and they all just believe what story the news is pushing about all the missing people?

My understanding of the passage here: 2 Thess 2:8-12

8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.

9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders,

10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie,

12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

starts with the coming of the lawless one, the AC so we know this is after the Rapture.

The working of Satan is the point of the discussion- (with all power signs and lying wonders) and with unrighteous deception. So Satan is the one doing the deceiving.

BUT it's among those who perish. So this is among the ones that did not receive the love of the truth. God sends delusion on them.

AND that means that SOME people still have a love of truth-- that they might be saved. They aren't the ones being deceived, nor does God send strong delusion on these truth lovers.

God knows each one who will choose Him- and the ones that won't.

So the ones who don't love the truth, the ones that in verse 12 we further understand, these take pleasure in unrighteousness, THESE are the ones who already want the lie. So God gives them what they want. Strong delusion to believe the lie.

So even before some are saved, God is looking at the hearts. Some have a love of truth. Not saved, just a love of truth. God doesn't send delusion on them. So they are still able to look up, look around and think. Maybe they choose Christ and Salvation, remembering what family and friends taught them. Maybe they don't. But for now they are not under the deep delusion that sweeps over the rest.

The rest love lies, and wickedness. On the rest who love lies and wickedness God sends them a delusion. It's what they want.

What do you believe the “lie” is? IMO, the lie they believe is when the AC desecrates the Temple at the mid trib point, claiming he is God, and this is the lie I believe Paul is writing about.
I honestly don't know. People make a pretty good case for all kinds of things. Everything from aliens/demons as LA Marzulli says, we go up, they show up. But it may relate right back to the Garden of Eden

Ye Shall Be As God

It seems to be wrapped into the early stages of the Trib, so I'm not sure about mid point things like that- BUT I could be persuaded if a good Biblical case could be made for that.

Regardless of the timing, beginning, during, or mid trib, I believe as Jack does that the lie is the AC claiming he is God. To my knowledge, the first time the AC claims this is when he desecrates the temple.

Question: What do you think will be the strong delusion that God sends to the world as written in 2 Thessalonians 2:11? “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” That question has been on my mind lately.

Answer: The lie Paul was speaking of here is the claim made by the anti-Christ that he is God (2 Thes. 2:4). After the rapture, those who have refused to believe in the true Christ, will instead believe in an impostor, the anti-Christ. God will encourage this by blinding them to the fact that the miracles, signs, and wonders they will be seeing are counterfeit. Because of this, they will be deluded into thinking these things are real, and will see them as validating the anti-Christ’s claims. Jesus said, “I have come in my father’s name and you have not accepted me. Another will come in his own name and you will accept him” (John 5:43) He was speaking of the anti-Christ.

Well that would fit the "Ye Shall Be As God" lie from the Garden of Eden, because to take it a step further, the AC is human, and at the midpoint he desecrates the Temple claiming to be God.

So he could be presenting himself as the first human to "ascend" to god hood in imitation of --or outright instead of -- Christ.

And his appeal starts with his first public appearance as the future world leader which is being held back by the Restrainer.

Once we go up, the action of the Holy Spirit working thru the church to restrain evil is gone although the Holy Spirit is still Omnipresent, so He is not gone from the world, just not acting thru the church anymore to restrain evil.

Therefore it's reasonable to assume that his skills at speeches would be supernatural, and he may well be given to providing miracles, signs and wonders. You just have to look at Hitler and his demonic energy at his speeches to get a little foretaste of what's coming with the final version.

I think there are many things that form the lie. We are seeing part of it already. Gender confusion, gender crossing, gender dysphoria, hatred for Israel, a me-centered gospel, a focus on feeling good in church, it goes on and on. And it is increasing exponentially. But this deception is only part of it, the foundation if you will. And out of it will flower the Great Lie which, I have now come to believe, will be that the Antichrist is Christ and God.
