We have looked a number of times in this column at those who mock the end-times message and the Rapture in particular. Because those who scoff have been of the abrasive, unbelieving variety for the most part, there is a standard Bible verse reply I’ve usually employed in response.

The scriptural reply has most often been intended to let those mocking know that they are, in actuality, fulfilling Bible prophecy.

“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation” (2 Peter 3:3-4).

As of late, however, such a reply doesn’t quite fit that which should compose an appropriate response. That is because the questions are coming weekly from genuine believers in the Pre-Trib Rapture of the Church. These Christians are worried–some very worried.

These look around them, and on every side they see and feel the satanic pressures from this fallen sphere closing in. Issues and events –the very ambience in which they find their lives engulfed–generate thoughts that their circumstance is beginning to look much like the Bible’s description of the Tribulation itself.

One of the reasons I got banned from Rapture Ready when it was the biggest pre-trib forum was because trying to explain why the latest skirmish in Syria was not going to start the Gog War and that it was many years away, which has proven to be the case. If you want to know when the Gog War is close, check the weather. However at that time my reasoning was there was far too much pressure on Israel to do nothing as it would cause economic chaos whereas now, it's just another problem in the midst of a mountain of problems.

Add that my belief that the Gog War was miles away, I also said Jesus would be late. Not late on the Father's timetable but late on the bride's expectations. Add in we need a hefty dose of scoffing with false date setting.

But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. Matt.25:5

So I have been expecting to be standing at the altar for a while waiting while the congregation falls alseep.

Watch the sizes of hailstones increase as things heat up for the Gog War. No big hailstones - no war.

Very well could be if the war with Hezbollah manages for Iran to call all hands on deck to protect their so called crown jewel in doing their bids of terror against Israel

I tend to think if Trump does get in, that it will be like last time, things will seemingly speed up. I say seemingly because God is in charge, it's going at the speed He sets. But in terms of perception remember how fast it started once that Israel peace deal was finally ready to come out? Bill Koenig (Eye to Eye guy) has a nice article on his site or he did for a long time on the dates of the peace plan and the dates the plague began to really pick up steam. Same dates.

But the entire Trump term seemed to be on fast forward. An exponential curve. Riots, BLM, various crazy activist groups, snowflakes in permanent meltdown mode from the moment Hilary lost.

I think Trump will try to turn it around, but the deep state (RINOS) and other swamp dwellers in Washington DC are ready for him this time. Last time he caught everyone off guard and managed quite a few good things before the RINOS began their backstabbing campaign.

I'm actually more concerned about the Right Wing Deep State/Globalists as I think they do more damage before people wake up to what they're up to. People trust them.

Trump will be doing his level best to turn this around, but the long knives as we call it in Canada will be out to get him from his own party.

1) For whatever reason (and there are a host od possibilities), the USA breaks covenant with Israel and takes a back seat to events, basically surrendering their influence in the ME by only asking if Gog as come for spoils and what about the people?

Is this solely a political decision, a betrayal by the current admin, would be no surprise.

Is this because the USA has collapsed financially and in no way able to take on the combined might of the Gog Confederacy?

We can see the evolution of both are underway.

2) The confederation of nations is not complete, but that could happen almost overnight the way things suddenly appear in the news. However there will have to be teeth in the agreement of the confederacy and the basis of that si already in place regarding energy pricing and security.

3) Gog/Russia has to get out of Syria - along with the USA. It's mu guess that full sovereignty will be restored to Syria. The USA is in breech of international law being in Syria and the USA is losing friends fast. I think the pressure will build until either financially or politically the USA leaves and so does Russia, except Russia has been given rights in Syria in return for protecting Assad.

Gog is turned back by the hooks in his jaw and to be turned back he has to be going in the direction of home. Many hundreds of oil and gas pipelines like veins connect to larger arteries all ending up in a hub at Damascus. When Damascus is destroyed it is going to present severe problems for Russia and the energy confederacy.

There is a solution - invade Israel and take over their hub.

4) God says hail is His storehouse prepared for the day of war. Hail is going to play a great part in the destruction of God's forces. Giant hail needs giant wind speeds. Super cell storms require increased wave heights and humidity. I keep an eye on these and hail is increasing in size. It need to get much bigger, not to Revelations' 100lb stones but way bigger than hand size.

In Revelation's judgment, a 100lb hailstone is a fraction off 36" in diameter and needs a wind-speed of at least 250 mph, some think closer to 500mph to keep that thing bobbing up and down until it is full size. At a minimum, a 250 mph ice rock hitting homes will be incredibly destructive. We don;t know what size Gog's s tones will be but they are going to be massive by today latest stones which are full hand sized.

These are the four events I am watching for convergence and we are not nearly there yet looking at God's storehouse prepared for the Gog Invasion.

That's something I always worried about when he was in power, and again as he is running against the Left AND the Deep State AND the Globalists. Not all of the last 2 groups are leftists.

From what seems to be the case, the globalist perspective encompasses both left and right. I liked Reagan. But there are some globalists leanings he had. And although certainly "conservative," I would not see any one president since JFK a non-globalist...except for Trump. Its not so much left vs. right anymore. On the political sphere, yes...we see that and we have that. But from the deeper spheres there is the WEF and EU and UN agendas. Right now, as I see it, America is globalism. The DEI agenda, Critical Race Theory, BLM, Antifa, all Marxists ideologies poisoning the tip of the globalist spear. Hamas/Israel another agenda driven NWO push through Hamas, Hez, Iran etc.

One thing that is difficult to get a genuine sense of is, other countries have deep states too. If globalism is the re-engineering of social order and intent within a nation, how much of that nation is really operating by its core beliefs? Or is it a puppet proxy operating system from within? This sounds like real tin hat stuff...lol. I realize. But America went into Iraq under Busch scenior. Then again under W. Weapons of Mass Destruction? More like rich kid brats manhandled by globalist moves on the global chestboard.

Remember when Trump went to N. Korea? That relationship seemed to work. Kim did not like Pompeo but even instead asked for Trump. Mike P. even though a part of the Trump admin would be considered establishment quality CIA operative. So his garden variety he brings to the table is still with quite the globalists/establishment stench. I think what the plan likely was was for Obama to have 2 terms then Hilary 2 terms. And during Hilary term 1 pandemic with unending shutdowns. And term 2 WW3. Same things we see but with much weaker sauce since their inside operatives are not able to pull the wool over eyes and hide behind presidential authoritative curtain. Hilary term 1 and 2 would have brought us to global reset...and globlalism massive control much more of a reality.

In this theory, we are looking at a world market for destruction. Things got so bad that even with a non-globalist player like Trump, the residue of the pandemic/vax and now inflation and Ukraine/Tawain considerations are still as bad and effective as they might be. When I say "world slated for descturction" I just mean that the axis of our headlong trajectory current seems to be moving that tide toward the tribulation age. In that, it would seem we are limping along that path discovering what options and accessories the world on that path might look like.

So yeah In general I would see it as: We were meant to be in the deep global reset path by now. But it does not look like that is able to grip as hard as it would have had we just gotten Hilary x2. Or Hillary x1 then Michelle Obama x2. These things seem to be occuring on such large scale agendas...its staggering to be able to actually get a hold of it, sit it in our lap, and make sense of what that thing actually looks like. If this NWO view is accurate. It would seem we are post NWO losing grip. And now in the episode to see if NWO can regain its lost grip, or lose it altogether. Even in that sense, it would be something to return likely during the tribulation. One reason I see seal 1 and 2 as not part of the tribulation is because it would seem that the gravity of of what the tribulation is about is "the 70th week." So to me that seems to be about 1. ending gentile age, and 2. rudder facing Israeli age (70th week) as Act 1 and Act 2...which are bows and curtsies. Then after that the main motion picture or broadway play....the tribulation...seal 3 +. If that notion has any accuracy...in that view the NWO would likely reemerge to cause seal 3, or be able to regain footing because of seal 3. I would think that is an important distinction to make (this is just me and my view here) because I would think something as big as the tribulation for all of humanity to face would likely be marked off by God as His 70th week for Israel. Not the NWO's week. Or Satan's week. Or things of that kind of view...which can tend to become fascinating in our day.

In the story of the world, had not God intervened or had there not been a tribulation...the natural evil course of action would be for criminal syndicates to enslave the world. But God. So it seems like story contrast to me. 1) The normal judgement of being fallen -- where that goes. 2) The way things must go because God is in control and will tunnel narratives into prophetic fullfillment. No he didn't say that, but I don't think we have to wait for the right weather conditions before hail this size can be generated, God can allow for this to happen at any moment of his choosing

Ever since I learned about the seals, trumpets, and bowls, I've always wondered if the asteroid belt might have something to do with the 100 pound hailstones.
Maybe if the Earth ended up in a more eliptical orbit, in or out of it's current plane, which would account for plague of heat, plague of cold, and plague of darkness, as well as maybe capturing or running into some asteroids.

We really cant know how close anything is. We do know we are in the season.

While the rapture hasn't happened, we can know what we are to watch for and we have a mountain of prophetic evidences to the point that keeping on top of it all is impossible. We can know how close we are to the Gog War and this it war can't happen today or next week or even in a month's time unless we see sudden geopolitical shifts and great changes in weather patterns. These are all in the process of quite rapid change and speeding up, but not that fast that we are taken by complete surprise.

But this is the Gog War I am referring to and not the rapture.

If the rapture suddenly happens, then you are absolutely correct, sudden destruction follows, but until the rapture we have many signs and events that prove we are not only in the season, but the season is coming near to its end and a new season is about to start.

In the meantime, we have the burden of proof for unbelievers that there has never been a time like this and we have been able to tell tomorrow's news for some time now. All the crazy conspiracy theories about a one world government is taking shape and is almost upon us. Yet in spite of this, Zerohedge, a secular financial website asked, Why is the church eerily quiet in the face of the woke agenda?

I was stunned when I read that! Imagine that the world understands our calling better than many pastors who have not taken Jude and Romans 1 to heart so that we will earnestly contend for the faith against the sin of the fallen angels.

Paul wrote that we are not in darkness that that day should overtake us like a thief. Jesus said we are to lift our heads when we see the signs beginning for our redemption draws near. According the Paul and Jesus we are to know how close the rapture is by many signs.

When it is taught that the rapture is an unsigned event, that is an error. You can't be on watch for the what you can't be on watch for and you can't be held accountable for not watching if there are no signs.

We really got mixed up about this when the early church pre AD 200 wrote that their guess was the GT would begin in 2025, described the Antichrist as coming from the tribe of Dan and that his name in Greek would add up to 666.

I didn't mention it but in my research for the evidence that the seal of Daniel was opened, I looked at the graphs for the increase in spending in the travel industry and knowledge i.e. the Internet and search engines.

In 2005 something stunning happened. For the previous decades there was a gentle up-slope that exploded upwards in 2005 to 2015 when the smart phone was making all the knowledge since Adam available to everyone. Google went from800 employees to 60,000.

When I looked at the graphs for fireballs coming into the earth's atmosphere, it looked identical to travel and knowledge. It exploded upwards in the same year and has in creased year on year.

All the planets in our solar system began to heat up and wobble and NASA hid a portion of space with a black rectangle for we are not allowed to see what is incoming.

Go to the YT channel The Final Days and watch the videos from the beginning a few years ago so you see the giant orbs invading our solar system that are on FAA cameras. You can compare the size a few years back to now and that will answer your question.

As these get closer, the jet stream speeds increase in turn increasing wind speeds on earth, The magnetic pole is moving fast to Moscow and there is serious concern about a pole shift in the CIA. They banned the book The Adam and Eve Story and then declassified 20% of the book - it is available free on the CIA archives online. They believe in Bible prophecy more so than many pastors! However they oppose God and want to dim the skies so we won't be able to see what is incoming.

Much talk and weight is given to "dreams" and "visions" with Jesus "giving messages." They believe in the Pre-Trib Rapture (which is good) but unless you are "living in holiness" and "counted as worthy" you are not going to be going in the Rapture. Last I checked, nobody on this side of heaven is Holy, even Isaiah the prophet who spoke the Word of God said he was a man of unclean lips.

My focus was on the planets, but yes you raise an important question which is worth examining at some point.

I don't want to digress too much and derail the thread, but we can't compare Isaiah to the work of Christ in the believer because..."

1) Isaiah was not made the righteousness of God in Christ.
2) That is why Jesus said, There is no greater prophet than John, but the least in the Kingdom of God is greater then him.

But that still raises the question: do we still need to be worthy? Well, regarding the rapture, we are commanded to pray to escape and be worthy...

34And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. There are many admonishments for us to walk worthy of our calling and to be found awake, alert, watching and to examine ourselves that we be found in the faith: and these are the keeping of our garments...

3Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. 4You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.

She seems to be referring to Peter and I can't fault her on that. Because of a lack of the fear of the Lord many are spoiling their garments. The call to holiness is echoed throughout the NT along with fearful consequences if we abuse grace and sin willfully and are careless about our garments.

We all sin. We all ought to be struggling against sin by crucifying the flesh. The nearer we get to God then like Isaiah the less holy we realize we are, and the less worthy we are. Yet we are called to put the effort in to keep ourselves pure in the midst of a wicked world. Some get mentally lost in the apparent dichotomy, but there are three of us in this body: the old man at war with the new man and the Holy Spirit making us the holy temple of God.

As for dreams and visions, the nearer we get to the rapture the more Scriptural it is for young men to have visions and old men to have dreams.

In Iran we see the fastest growing church in the world and many Muslims are coming to faith because they met Jesus in dreams.

Once again this can be a minefield just as self righteous preaching can be mistaken for holiness through grace.

Back to the videos: that is evidence that demands a verdict regardless of theology.

While the rapture hasn't happened, we can know what we are to watch for and we have a mountain of prophetic evidences to the point that keeping on top of it all is impossible. We can know how close we are to the Gog War and this it war can't happen today or next week or even in a month's time unless we see sudden geopolitical shifts and great changes in weather patterns. These are all in the process of quite rapid change and speeding up, but not that fast that we are taken by complete surprise.

But this is the Gog War I am referring to and not the rapture.

If the rapture suddenly happens, then you are absolutely correct, sudden destruction follows, but until the rapture we have many signs and events that prove we are not only in the season, but the season is coming near to its end and a new season is about to start.

In the meantime, we have the burden of proof for unbelievers that there has never been a time like this and we have been able to tell tomorrow's news for some time now. All the crazy conspiracy theories about a one world government is taking shape and is almost upon us. Yet in spite of this, Zerohedge, a secular financial website asked, Why is the church eerily quiet in the face of the woke agenda?

I was stunned when I read that! Imagine that the world understands our calling better than many pastors who have not taken Jude and Romans 1 to heart so that we will earnestly contend for the faith against the sin of the fallen angels.

Paul wrote that we are not in darkness that that day should overtake us like a thief. Jesus said we are to lift our heads when we see the signs beginning for our redemption draws near. According the Paul and Jesus we are to know how close the rapture is by many signs.

When it is taught that the rapture is an unsigned event, that is an error. You can't be on watch for the what you can't be on watch for and you can't be held accountable for not watching if there are no signs.

We really got mixed up about this when the early church pre AD 200 wrote that their guess was the GT would begin in 2025, described the Antichrist as coming from the tribe of Dan and that his name in Greek would add up to 666.

Good post, but I do disagree with one point. The rapture is a signless event. Nothing has to happen before the rapture. And yes, there are signs that could show we are getting closer to the tribulation.

Regardless to what signs we see now, or if we believe gog-magog is close, or still a ways away, the rapture can happen at any second. If this were not true, then what is the doctrine of Imminency?

There are many prophetic pieces that could quickly fall into place during the time between the rapture and the start of the tribulation.

Are you implying all Christians may not go in the rapture? Just to be clear, buy using the word “Christian” Im referring to all members in His church who repented and believe in Jesus as their Savior, and have the Holy Spirit indwelled within.
