Okay. I read about it this morning. I just wondered what got the people sick. Maybe they were in the water and accidentally ingested some of the water.
Weird stuff has been happening with Waters.
Last week after a rain in Iran the river next to Iran turned crimson red.
Some people were saying it was a judgement from God. I don't know 🤷

The water coming out of the faucet here was brown on Monday.
At first I thought the workers at the big construction site next door had broken the water main.
Then I figured out it was only the hot water.
Called the office and they only knew about one apartment, but my calling let them know it was at least the whole first floor.
Turned out maintenance was doing an emergency pipe replacement and didn't tell anyone. Then they had to fix a water tank.

Nothing nefarious. These aren't the droids you're looking for. Nothing to see here :)

I will watch this one tomorrow. I stopped watching Tom for a few months, but I have been enjoying all his videos again.

I listened to it this morning. Good video.

Lee gave a good illustration concerning the rapture, and the Restrainer. We know the Restrainer is the Holy Spirit, who is holding back evil until He is removed with the church at the rapture. Lee likened it to a maximum security prison suddenly having all the guards removed, cell doors all opened. There would be nothing holding the prisoners back from inflicting extreme physical damage on each other, nothing there to stop the carnage. Multiply this many times over, covering most of the worlds left behind population, it will be maximum chaos, pure evil.
 
The tech we benefit from has been a huge reason many have felt it's close. And that seems to go back to early or at least mid 20th century. So much more is known, able to know within seconds, and felt in 2025! I felt we were close in the 70s. I felt we were even closer in the 80s. I felt it was even closer than that in the 90s. I've never felt like it wasn't getting closer since 2000. Today I still feel it could be any day now. But......many are already getting their moment in eternity with so many deaths occurring every day. It's not disheartening that the rapture has yet to happen. It's disheartening that so many have stepped off into eternity without the gift of eternal life. I'm good with our waiting moment but I'm not good with so much sorrow over the lost that are now gone.

I liked how Tom gave the example for waiting for Jesus appearing and how the waiting has been since the beginning of the Church.

He said
It's like traveling by car with a destination you haven't been to before.
He gave San Francisco as part of the example.
If you begin your travel from San Diego you aren't going to see signs with San Francisco on them but you keep traveling because you know you are going in the right direction so as you are still traveling for hours there's still no signs with San Francisco on them.
But then you get to a point where you have gotten closer to your destination and suddenly a sign appears with San Francisco on it..
The closer to San Francisco the more signs are seen.
This will continue until you are in San Francisco and you are getting to your final destination and finally you see "Welcome to" the destination you had traveled so far to arrive at.

I thought that was a good analogy.
I hope I repeated it as well as he said it.
