We’re One Step Closer To Ezekiel 38! -- James Kaddis

TCC

Well-known

On today’s episode of Countdown 2 Eternity, Pastors James and Andy will discuss President Trumps recent trip to the Middle East and the profound effect it will have on Bible Prophecy. This is one great conversation about a very important subject so don’t miss out!!!

. . . . .

4:00 to 5:00 mark -- Potential view of Trump in middle east -- "To deal with the USA, is to deal with Israel." Andy sees this potential strategy from Trump. That the current state of affairs in the middle east during an apparent timing with down playing Israel = If you want to deal with the USA/Israel comes along with that package. In other words Andy Woods does see the inventible. When the dust clears, "Oh yeah, dang, the USA is tight with Israel, though, still," ploy. Baiting Arab countries into Israeli normalization by being the big brother having little brother Israel sit this one out.

What is good about Andy Woods is he is interested in the common themes of Beast System and Revelation end time tracking we trend to do in evangelicalism. So he is one of those that are a part of the evangelical watcher family that is interested in all the bold tribulation themes. Yet even with that view, when he looks at the middle east, i don't think he sees Trump as a bad faith player as much as he sees Trump as an ingredient in bringing about Ez 38 setting. Which I believe is the clearest way to understand the Trump role generically. Amen.

. . . . .

The interesting thing on this is that Tom Hughes (as well as others) see the middle east more like a setting for all nations being against Israel. Like a Zechariah 12 effect or point in prophecy. Its exciting, and there are all manner of things going down and it gets confusing, amen. But in general what i had thought 8 years ago is that Trump would reorganize global monetary infrastructure. That is the vibe that sent in no small way in the way he dealt with the World Trade Organization and later China and US farming. Back then it would have been absurd to think Trump as some monetary reformer. Now with the tariffs, we not thinking that so strange as a possible outcome.

But beyond Trump, Ez 38 8 years ago for me was a forming theme. First i had to get past the push back of how Rosh is not Russia and we are dumbed down to see Russia potentially involved. But still for several years, Ez 38 was very fuzzy. But there was a gaining interest. That is what led me to JDF (JD Farag). Back in those days, JD had excellent coverage on Ez 38. These days with all sorts of things happening, it seems like Ez 38 has taken somewhat of a back seat. During my time at JDF i did find a forum member who had the most extensive research on Ez 38 i had ever seen. This video captures some of those themes.

At the end of the day, it would seem like based on discussion with that brother, that Ez 38 meets unique prophetic criteria for our day:

  • Most details with any one prophecy in scripture given

  • Would make sense to anchor views in what has more detail than less

  • Is Israeli centric perspective biblically (whereas other views of end times today track with views of evangelical blueprints focusing MORE on Daniel, Matt 24, and Revelation...and although that is scripture, the views stemming from these themes tend to be more church idea of prophecy centric than necessarily Israeli centric -- whereas Ez 38 organically, from the dust of the earth approach, can be watched, calculated, observed, and noticed like no other competing arena in prophecy -- but yet, the awareness of this is often confused or glazes us over because of "all the detail")

  • Ez 38 is like a finely tuned Swiss Watch

  • Its Greenwich Mean Time accurate prophetically synchronized

  • It has the authority to take the Christian Wall Street/Main Street Popular Evangelical (New York Times like Bestsellers like) and soberly bring them back to Israel/Israel/Israel frame

  • According to 1 Thes 5 it would seem the woman in labor to be Israel's Ez 38 moment juxtaposed with the church children of day rapture

  • It stands the hubris to overshadow any another outcome scenario and its gravity a tendency to pull us back to sober earth "BY WHICH" all other scenarios we might hold follow in its shadow (not the other way around--which is often the tendency -- perhaps getting the proverbial cart before the horse at times)

  • I believe the gospels point to Ez 38 as well (more than implications of seemingly tribulation leaning trends that we do prophecy by today). Matt "fig tree," and Luke "all the trees." By Israel and how the nations related to Ez 38 flower and blossom as such to me implies this is how to know timing and meaning this side of the tribulation. For those later, they can use other parts of the gospels to measure by (I believe ours is the "trees." And the trees to me imply nation cluster sets affirming action time of Ez 38)

  • When we stay in the Ez 38 lane and let it be the "directors cut of and for everything else," it may not make as much sense initially (with all the other end times shiny objects used), but i believe we have sober eschatological balance by which and how to think. Placing more emphasis on other scriptures like Daniel, Matt 24 and Revelation are timings that belong to our age approaching. But for us today in "our age" where we have not approached the tribulation yet, we get to "stay in our age of grace lane" wherein Israel prophesied in Ez 37 (dry bones vision) flows into Ez 38 (our age of grace moment). Israel in Ez 36 and 37. Israel in 38. They are our "oven by night" clarity i believe for how everything else lines up in eschatology by...because that is how God's word set it up. To do Revelation now (when we are not there yet) is interesting. It will sell books. Attract sermon interest. Gain a following. Be a way to do videos and interviews and on some level inform the public of what is coming. But i don't believe that approach is the initial ingredient that makes all the other ingredients in the cake taste right.

  • We are literally in a time where maybe Saudi Arabia normalizes with Israel. And maybe they join the Abraham Accords. If so, look, there is a lot of info on this video. No doubt one reason most don't track Ez 38 is the level of scholarly diligence it takes to shape everything reasonably and know how to. At the end to the day we have the names of countries involved. So there is the high level scholarly view and the rubber meets the road view to see it simply. If Saudi Arabia come on board they will open a flood gate for other Arab nations, like Oman etc.

I believe Ez 38 "IS" the map. That thing is "THE" thing. At least it would seem to me. Blessings.

...and thanks for checking out the thread :)

A lot to chew on there, brother.
Thanks Pastor. I know there are so many variables with end times. But yeah it seems the clearest voice in scripture is that which actively pertains to Israel. The one we have a pop-up book eye on. I understand it is so easy to get distracted. In 2017 i hated the idea it might be end times. Like i was kind of mad at God...lol. For a stupid reason. Its just that i had just gotten in the clear to a degree from the craziness of the American Reformed circus, and then i find out its end times. So i was like, "Ok God so like I go to church for decades been gas lighted half the time +, and for desert, end times?" lol Like i was just wanting to marry and settle down. Have a family. Do life and witness and stuff. That have never been close to the case (except for the witnessing part).

But see with me there is this thing that is like easily distracted. In a way knowing its end times can be a distraction. Because there were a lot of things i could have done differently these 8 years not so tied up into all of that. So i know its always time and any time for Teren to rather have had a v8. I must remember that. But after all the dust has kind of settled (going through several mazes of end times), I think we have some time. Not a lot. But i do know...it could be 10+ years. It could be less than 5, less than 3. Its important to have an eye on life going on too. Because that is what we are stewards of. To help I am reading a book recommended outside of the American Reformed genre (they don't really have a doctrine of rewards) and reading "A Heroes Welcome" by Ronald Barnes to get back a more healthy focus.

. . . . .

Interestingly enough i have had a couple of back and forths with Zak (youtube eschatology misfit channel). He is not looking at Ez 38 for a very long time (like around the 7th seal I believe). I asked him about it. He's actually pretty cool. We don't see eye to eye on a myriad of things. But to my surprise he does not think the first seal is the AC either. And he sees seals as outside the scope of the tribulation. Like birth pangs. So we agree on two things 1. some seals may not be included in the tribulation, and 2. The 1st seal is likely not the AC. Everything else is very different and don't see eye to eye with him though. But he was very pleasant to go back and forth with. And I am at least considering in a real way Babylon the Great as in Iraq...which almost feels like i am watching a movie of myself because wow...i would never never never go with that view. But the way Zak expressed it...it seems like it might have merit. And opens other arenas of ways to consider how i had been looking at it for America.

I just mention that because i am amazed that even though he would be of the Luciferian Light view (which i would see as one of the greater troubled areas in eschatological views), ironically i found a brother who is accepted on some mainstream fronts, honored by several in our forum, and yet attests to the possibility of the 1st seal not being the AC. I did not know there was another close to our otherwise views in eschatology--and yet also believe the 1st seal as other than the AC. In many of the views Zak holds (Luciferian Light, beast system etc.) I consider it an honor to know him, in that he holds all of those views deeply yet does not think the 1st seal is AC. In that sense, he is kind of an underdog hero :p Yay-eh Team :p

But in any case, thanks for checking this out. I really believe Ez 38 transcends every other view in eschatology we have because it is shoulder to shoulder with us. If we are not able to handle prophesy that puts its arm around us and walks with us daily, how will we fair with more abstract versions of that would be a good way i think to look at it. Its almost like Ez 38 = gravity boots for eschatology. Learn how to walk on earth in those, and all the paths we take them with would likely bear most clarifying fruit. In a way Pastor, i would kind of see permitting Ez 38 to usurp all other views (mainly in the sense of defining other views, not omitting them), would be Romans 11:8 (inverse eschatology). Think more of Israel than the church = John 15:15 i believe...knowing and getting more familiar perhaps with what the Father is doing. As it would suggest occurs as we consider others as more important (like each other -- but even more so in a Romans 11:8 like offset way of honoring that). If that makes sense? In any event. Thanks so much. And blessings. :)

I agree that Israel is the key to everything to do with the end times on earth. But sometimes I worry that we spend so much time looking at the signs and not enough time and focus and energy doing the work God has given us to do-- namely sharing the gospel with all and sundry ... and walking closely enough with Him in fellowship that our lives give credibility to the message we proclaim.
