James Kaddis mentions there are 2 reasons America could be inconsequential.

1. We become too depraved to be effective militarily in the word
2. The rapture removes core power structure from America prior to Ez 38

I would note a 3rd option i tend to go with. What we see in Ez 38 in terms of the attack and responses are a snapshot moment. Retaliation could be shortly in the works after but then of course God steps in anyway. What is typically not shared but inferred i believe is that the only way all those nations would attack Israel is if they do not see America as a threat guarding Israel. That makes sense, but I believe testifies as to a strength America provides enabling Israel to be at peace and safety.

If America were not protecting her because we are too impotent, would Israel really feel peace and safety? As for no one would attack Israel (especially Russia) if America could retaliate. My take on that usually non-stated assumed status is just this: Gog is grabbed by the jaw. Hooked by something that drags them into doing it. That feature right there implies they would have to be hooked by the jaw to do it. Ez 38 does not say: And Gog felt like they wanted to take over Israel because they feared no retaliation. That is not what Ez 38 says. It says God puts a hook in Gog's jaw. So Gog is dragged into. That implies against perhaps its better judgement. If Russia just thought Israel was easy and safe pickings...what need for a hook? Unfortunately we write America out of prophecy in ways.

If America did not get Trump, how would they get peace and safety? Through an Obama 4th term? Netanyahoo totally does not trust whatever puppet government Obama runs in America. The quickest way to Israeli peace and safety is America actually being strong. Not weak nor raptured in my view. Could it be that America strengthens Israel then the rapture? Yes. Of course. And as the dust clears that would make sense that Israel is easier pickings. But at the time Gog attacks, would he be telling himself they dwell in safety? If Israel felt the loss of American support from a rapture, i doubt very strongly they would be kicking it in peace in safety. Unless it was really close to the rapture. But i don't think the rapture is the hook. To me, that would almost be like saying Russia attacks because of the rapture. But like, is the rapture the hook? And why would there need to be a hook if the only thing needed was the rapture? Like Gog was wanting to attack anyway?

Ez 38 starts off with the hook. Perhaps the hook is just God pulling Gog into the mess. But "in that day" Gog will be thinking an evil plan BECAUSE Israel is dwelling in safety. It just does not make sense though to me that Israel would feel safe if they new America support raptured. And if they were not aware of American decline toward them. why would Gog know? Is the hook, "Hey Russia, Israel does not know this, but the rapture took their American support. They don't know that yet. So now is the time to take them out." I could see that on Southpark. Or the Simpsons. But i don't see it would in reality be like that though. Anywayz, this guy is kinda interesting. Thought provoking video for sure. Wow...we going home soon enough family. Unless the church is still here for the next Presidential election and a democrat wins, the USA will be the strongest supporter of Israel. Only another Dem President can weaken our military.

After the rapture, we know there is some type of gap before the tribulation starts. That gap could be mere seconds, or what I believe is more likely, a gap of at least a few months. This could then be the timing of the “hook in the jaws”, causing the Gog-magog coalition to believe Israel is ripe for an attack.

With somewhat of a lengthy gap, it would be the perfect timing for the Ten Kings to rise, providing much needed global leadership for the world who was left behind.

I know any “gap” is a controversial subject, but nowhere in the Bible does it state the tribulation immediately follows the rapture.

That has always suggested that whatever the timing of Ez 38 is, it has to be when the Western daughter democracies descended from England (or the alternate view which I don't hold- Spain) are no longer able or willing to help Israel.

Their concern is financial only. It might hint at a concern for their investments in Israel which Saudi Arabia and other Arabian principalities are engaging in now with the Abraham Accords (Saudis aren't signatory but they are interested in profits)

I wouldn't say that anti Israel actions are limited to the Dems- it was under President Bush Jr that Israel was forced out of Gaza but on the whole even though he forced them out of Gaza he wasn't actively against Israel in the same way that Obama and Biden have been.

The sequence of events that makes the most sense to me is: NOTE I"M NOT PUTTING THE RAPTURE IN ANY SEQUENCE- I think it may happen before the inner ring are taken care of fully, including Damascus but maybe not. The 10 kings arise before the AC- he comes out of the midst so I'm not putting that in either.

In a loose order without mentioning the Rapture:

Bill Salus's Psalm 83 or equivalent- the inner ring, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Damascus and part of Iran- the Elam prophecies. That takes care of the Shia terrorists. This might continue or finish after the Rapture but it sets things up for Gog Magog. It sets up the peaceful life mentioned by Ezekiel in 38&39 AND it provides revenge motives for Iran (Elam) as well as financial incentives for Iran to recoup losses along with Russia whose coffers are low now due to the invasion of Ukraine.

Gog Magog - which eliminates the outer ring as Bill Salus calls them of Israel's enemies, led by Russia but comprising a huge slice of the Islamic world. I think this falls into place after the Rapture, but I'm purposely leaving that out of the sequence here for clarity. It could be at any moment. This deals with the Sunni majority of Islam leaving Islam weak and vulnerable to the Whore of Babylon annexing the people in a 1 world religion.

THEN the AC peace covenant- the AC taking advantage of the removal of the Russia Iran power axis, and the Rapture having weakened America along the way. BTW China is struggling, their population stats are actually way overestimated in their census figures, they are in deep trouble right now.

So that leaves the stage open for Europe to reform as the Rome 2.0.

Israel is tired of war and just wants peace. The AC is carving a swathe of destruction- Isaiah calls him death and hades, and the many (a term for Israel's leaders) make a covenant with him to avoid trouble.

At that point the Tribulation begins. By removing the Rapture and the 10 kings out of the sequence (they will fit in somewhere, just not sure where) this avoids arguments over whether there is a gap between the Rapture and the start of the Trib and leaves it as an unknown.

But the problem there is Jesus returns, and defeats those armies personally. It's a bit different than the way He causes the destruction at Gog Magog.

Yeah the way he explains EZ 38 makes sense when he explains it all but into the art of Jesus physically returning to defend Israel whereas EZ 38 seems to indicate god the father defending Israel ?
