Trump to unveil Board of Peace on December 15, amid Israeli concerns over Hamas disarmament

Almost Heaven

Well-known
As the U.S. is rapidly advancing toward Phase Two of the Gaza peace deal, President Donald Trump is expected to announce the composition of his transitional "Board of Peace"(BoP) body on December 15, a senior western diplomatic source tells i24NEWS.

This high-level council, chaired by Trump, will oversee temporary governance of Gaza, supervise reconstruction funding, and prepare the ground for eventual handover to a reformed Palestinian Authority.

The council will preside over an international executive board that will manage operations; and a new Palestinian technocratic government, consisting of experts unaffiliated with Hamas or Fatah, who will handle the administration.

The planned announcement comes amid ongoing intense U.S. pressure: U.S. Ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz arrives in Israel this week for talks with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and briefings on the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2803.

Waltz will also visit Kerem Shalom crossing to focus on humanitarian aid distribution and inspect the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) overseeing Gaza aid and ceasefire implementation. Phase Two hinges on further Israeli withdrawals, deployment of an international stabilization force, and progress toward Hamas disarmament but Israel fears Hamas disarmament is overlooked by the Administration as the terror group continues to rebuild its forces in the red zone where Israel already withdrew its forces.

THIS is the problem.

The reality is being covered up by the pressure to pretend that Hamas is going nowhere, that they haven't already broken the peace on several occasions, and gotten away with it.

The authors of this plan create an illusion of "peace" in our time, at ISRAELS expense!

The tunnels weren't all destroyed, and the Rafah crossing is being violated by drones as weapons and supplies are being flown into the Red Zone and this is how Hamas is rebuilding.

But nobody wants to notice the facts because that would interfere with the peace process.

The UN is involved now and they won't let go of any of their involvement, nor will they protect Israel.

But heaven forfend that Israel stays where they are, because that interferes with the illusion of "peace". They are being pressured to withdraw!

The fact that Trump chairs this council for now doesnt' seem very safe since I haven't seen anything but empty threats aimed towards Hamas for their violations.

When his attention is elsewhere (governing the US) what will all these international executives do????? And who are the experts that are Palestinian but technocrats who will run the place?

What teeth do they have to make Hamas or Fatah obey?

If the consequences aren't happening for the violations NOW, what on earth will happen when Trump loses his focus on this project and gives it over to others. Especially others that might be connected to the UN????

This makes me think of this scripture :bible:1 Thessalonians 5:3. I am also thinking of covenant with many scripture :bible:Daniel 9:27.

Israel says hamas will be disarmed and disbanded one way or another.

Trump is going to stand up his peace commission which is supposed to ensure the disarming of hamas.

Hamas indicates that it will neither disarm nor accept this commission.

This will be interesting. I hope Israel prevails.

‘Weapons Are Our Honor and Glory’: Hamas Chief Khaled Mashal Rejects Disarmament, Defies Trump Gaza Peace Plan

Hamas leader Khaled Mashal declared that “the resistance and its weapons are our honor and glory” and that “the battle is not over,” boasting that rights are won “at the recruitment office, not the U.N. Security Council” — a declaration that directly contradicts President Donald Trump’s 20-point Gaza peace plan and celebrates the October 7 “Al-Aqsa Flood” massacre as a turning point to push Israel off “our homeland” and the international stage.

Speaking Saturday by video to the “Pledge to Jerusalem” conference in Istanbul, the head of Hamas abroad used a keynote address carried on Al Jazeera to lay out an uncompromising roadmap that flatly rejects the core elements of President Donald Trump’s 20-point Gaza peace plan — disarmament, an international stabilization force, and Hamas’s removal from power — even as the terror group moves toward Phase Two of the U.S.-brokered ceasefire it ostensibly accepted two months ago.

Mashal told supporters that while what he called the worst phase of a “genocidal war” in Gaza is over, the conflict with Israel is not.

It'll be interesting to see how Israel and the Trump Admin procede with this thing. I have to believe that this possibility was anticipated and plans made...

It's interesting in itself that hamas decided it was in their interests to release the hostages. They must have understood that Israel would not stop until that was done meaning the hostages became a liability for hamas. I figure hamas is hoping that after the dust settles from the hostages being released that Israel won't have the gumption to go back and finish hamas off.

I also suspect that there has been pressure by hamas's sponsors to end the thing, driven by Trump's pressure on those sponsors.

Hopefully the last deceased hostage is returned to Israel soon. :pray2:

A Stunning Prophetic Foreshadow? Trump’s Ten-Leader 'Board of Peace'

There are moments in history when global events suddenly shift from ordinary news to something that feels weightier--something that brushes close to the patterns described in Scripture.

President Trump is forming a "Board of Peace" made up of ten international leaders from Arab and Western nations--leaders who will collectively oversee the next phase of governance, security, and reconstruction in Gaza and the broader Middle East peace framework.

Ten leaders.
Ten seats of authority.
Ten influencers shaping a new order over the most prophetically central land on earth.

Not because this is the fulfillment of Daniel or Revelation--but because it looks uncannily like the architecture those books describe would one day rise.

With that caution in mind, let's examine what makes this so striking--and why we must keep our interpretation grounded.
