I don't think they really care about power plants. It seems they want to live in caves and forego all modern conveniences, except to power their missiles. I'm sure the citizens will suffer, but the leaders don't care about them either.

I agree. As those who are part of the regime see their decades of war preparations being blown to bits I imagine they could care less about anything else. They're eviscerated, they know it, and only want to create as much suffering as they can for others while they can.

Total destruction of Iran's power plants will lead to much long-suffering among the people of Iran. That much is unfortunate, but no matter what happens God is in ultimate control. Sadly, Scripture indicates Persia is among those who come against Israel in Ezekiel 38, so I fear the regime or at least it's mindset survives to some degree. Yet there are many Iranians being saved and God is moving, so continuing to pray is essential.
