My logic for taking it before the race was so that i have a faster reaction off the start , also the Beta Alanine ingredient in the supplement is beneficial for the longer sprints as it delays the lactic acid build up and helps with stamina

I relate to the perk me ups. And when i was younger, I was a pretty fast runner. Never entered anything officially. I've never timed myself. My sister did the Boston Marathon once. She loves to run every day. I have not in many years. So yeah, just meant it was pretty neat to hear about Spartan being invested in something like that. Admiration from the bleachers mostly.

As I'm thinking about it, you likely asked this because of my "I'm jealous" post to Spartan. I posted that because @Amethyst previously saying something to the effect that she had thought he had been on something. And that was pretty funny. I posted what I did as being jealous of the attention. Like a goofy way of wishing someone said that about me. lol. But thanks TT for asking though. It didn't click exactly then as to why you asked.
