They call me the Candy Lady

They have told me I am not to eat or drink anything. Nothing. Not even a water bottle even though they all do.

I said fine. I will just be taking my breaks now. I used to have a snack and a drink of tea, at my station.

So they list a half hour of production. (Shrug). But it's indicative if the kind of thing I'm dealing with, customers snapping their fingers at me, etc. 🤪🤣

They have the sword (Romans 13). I'll respect it. But I'm also going to assert my rights to breaks now.

I haven't shared this anywhere else but sometimes I'm so tired coming home I wobble all over the sidewalk walking home from the bus.

God is ABLE. He is SUFFICIENT.

I am certain one day I'll look back and say "That was all?"

I am glad I got home before midnight my cats are pretty freaked out by the fireworks.

Unfortunately my neighbor decided to party all night I did not get a second asleep he only ended the party after I got up and turned on my lights I am very very tired nothing went according to plan this morning getting the stuff ready I have Bibles I have candy I have Gospel packets but it's all just completely seemingly random but I know God's got A plan here it's all going to be him cuz it is 0% me today

I try to be very sensitive to the Holy Spirit leading me, and also not blowing my trumpet (Matthew 6:2).

I can say I've been handing out 3-4 Bibles each way coming and going to work every day. And additional items.

One thing I have to be extraordinarily careful about sharing the Gospel at work. But I can bring my buggy (hand cart) and do whatever I want off the clock as long as I don't wear my vest. I bring candy to work. I also bring Gospel packets which I leave in the buggy, Bible Promise books in 2 translations 🤣🤣🤣, Whole Bibles, you get the idea, and I'm often found saying "Help yourself to ANYTHING in my buggy that looks good!". 🤣🤣🤣

They look, they take. 😜 Everyone wins

Last night God spoke to me about a man on the bus. To me, it looked like anything I gave him would be wasted. No, He told me, this man is ready for the Gospel.

I don't know if it's just me but sometimes I'll give the minimum and feel a little resentful about giving more, but God kept prodding me and gave me a VERY clear edict "Don't forget the Bible Promise book!".

I ended up making a whole goodie bag. I gave it to him right before I got off my bus. He looked through it and was gazing at me with a VERY thoughtful expression when I got off.

I am very glad I was not disobedient.

Off today.
