They are called Gotham, TITAN, and AIP. Gotham is the primary analysis AI with predictive analysis involved. Think, "Minority Report" ability to predict what people, trends, groups will likely behave. TITAN is the military arm that utilizes multi sensory abilities from satellite to ground based data input to handle over the horizon targeting of enemy assets. AIP is a generalize analysis and predictive package for corporations of all types, financial, medical, with access to what ever available databases exist.
These three packages have the ability to access massive amounts of data from a very wide variety of sources, such as open source like social media, government databases such as court records, land ownership, DOT stuff like driving records, vehicle ownership as well as corporate data like tracking purchases for supply chain monitoring. Medical records are not exempt either. What is most alarming is Palantir's association with various other AI platforms out there such as X, FB, Tik Tok, Google, and so on. From such things the planned social scores like what China is already implementing will become a world wide thing.

Those contracts amount to billions of dollars, and more shared data assets.
Even now as an AI with access to financial institutions if it chose to could drain bank accounts or just freeze them, force decline on card usages. Being associated with governments entities, public cameras on the streets are primary items it will use to track people utilizing smart phones as homing devices and cameras to verify people's locations.
