Glad to see you posting as much dear sister.

So when you say America as Daughter of Babylon, what does that mean to you? A dear brother in the JDF days had a view on that that was kind of fascinating to me. He saw places in late Jeremiah chapters that seemed to be related to America. Like our immigration issue. There were other things too. But when I studied them further those things seemed to have had fulfillment in unique enough ways so as not to relate later. But in my understanding, America as Daughter of Babylon stood the chance to be dessicated suddenly at her peak. To such extent I might have been ready for Trump to have been stricken by lightening dead as he was being sworn in level desscimation.
Zak of Prophecy Misfits YT Channel has a view too of Babylon being Iraq re-animated. I never had much interest in that. But his latest on that had me reconsider. Mostly I would see America as Bab the Great. But I also see her as the lion mouth of the beast. So I don't think America could be both...lol. The beast and the one riding the beast too. So it does cause me pause.
On the length of time till rapture, you bring up a good point. If we have to wait out an unfolding golden age, we could be here quite a while. Maybe even 2030 is too soon. Stuff like that sometimes makes me wonder. If the rapture is a ways off, with all the talk today about how America has to collapse for prophecy, it makes me wonder if Rev 12:14 wings of an eagle might be reference to America. I would only think that because there seems to be so much agreed stance on America not being in prophecy. Kind of like it worked on me like reverse psychology. But maybe America is neither part of the beast system or the harlot. Maybe she is just in the background for the ride.
Your comment on America being judged or apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah, yes, see this is the prevailing attitude today in general about America. But the thing that concerns me about such a view (although his point is well taken), is that it is curious how we can tend to blend economies of God together for Him. Like what I mean is that it would seem that Sodom and Gomorrah was judged as a story for Israel (pre-Moses). It was during the patriarchal period I believe. Which judgement there had its sense upon the formation story of Israel. And how did that go? "God if there were x number of people righteous here, would you not destroy it?" America as bad as it is does have a lot of real believers (however small). Certianly more than 10. And yet that nuance to the story is often overlooked. I believe the comparative is the shock that Hagai got when told that Assyria would judge Israel. So just saying. To me it belongs to a different economy of God's movement within dispensations. So I would not really see America as a correlation necessarily.
The other thing about that kind of approach to me is that if we are close to the tribulation, why in the minds of some does America have to be judged separately? Aside from 7 years of massive destruction. Why can't it be judged during the tribulation like other nations will have exposure to? The answer to that to me is also curious. Because it seems that America would be looked upon as such a giant presence in the age of grace, that even though we could say similar things of England or Saudi Arabia or a handful of other countries. Iran, for instance. Even though we could say similar things, it is understandable that the reason why America stands out is because it has a very high profile presence in the age of grace. And it is the testimony of this fact as to why I believe God would use America to actually bless a fading age of grace scenario. It is not commonly viewed like that. But there are mentions of trees branching out providing shade and livelihood for other countries. In some ways Babylon had that. In some ways Rome. But certainly in our era America could be quite a tree branching out for world solace. Ironically.
But aside from all of that, it would of course be interesting to share in your discovery of the 2 natures of America. The vibes I get in general these days seems to be that America to be judged, or if it isn't then it is some mutation nation of deception. That is the vibe that seems to come across my desk mostly. So when there is no room to consider what if God might bless through America, to me, can be a red flag of a blind spot. It certainly resonates that way in the watcher world to me. But nevertheless, I look forward to your discoveries in consideration of how we might learn together. Blessings.
