Try changing your connection to a different IP if you're using VPN. That'll have you on a different route and you might avoid the trouble, wherever it is.
Based on my knowledge of your location and the various IP addresses with which you log in, it doesn't appear to me that you use a VPN. It is possible that for some reason your ISP is experienc in some load issues. Perhaps due to maintenance? Or equipment problems. If it doesn't clear up within a day, I'd contact them.
I haven't noticed, but I've been working on other stuff both on the computer and online. When I'm doing this, I just leave CCF up . . .
Maybe clear your cache, cookies, history, etc.? Try logging off CCF and getting off the internet altogether and then try again. Every once in awhile I have to do this when my connection isn't quite right from the get-go or the ISP starts censoring. Maybe try a different browser?
Last Wednesday to Friday, i was having IT demons at work where i would temporarily have access to this website for say 2minutes and then only for a proxy gateway error message to come up.
Then later on i was trying to read Leviticus 16 and the unacceptable use error message blocked the page when it normally wouldn't , i think it was due to the verse headline mentioning "Unlawful sexual relations" that may have been the issue.
My mobile access to the forum was working fine, it was just my work access that was the issue.
Today everything at work seems to be working fine in terms of accessing this forum from there

I use a VPN most of the time. If I'm somewhere where the site I want to visit won't load, if my VPN isn't on I turn it on and that usually takes care of the problem. That's because some businesses that offer free internet heavily restrict the sites one can visit. VPN overrides those restrictions. If I'm at home and a site is having trouble loading, I'll reset my VPN connection to another IP and that will usually take care of it. Some sites will forbid a VPN connection from loading their page. In that case, if I really want to visit the site, I temporarily turn off the VPN.
We have blacklisted some IPs in the Seattle area, so if you're using any shared IPs you might occasionally be using one that won't be able to load our site. But in that case the symptom won't be slow... it simply won't load.
