Anyone else having connection issues here?

Everything here is very slow to connect
Anything I click on shows a horizontal green streaming across the top of the forum pages and is taking a long time to connect. Its doing that even clicking on a like emoji and that streaming goes across the top and taking a long time to perform the action
We are in the middle of a big storm here right now and thought that may be the problem, but there isn't a connection issue in any other website. Anyone else having slow connection here?
