Can any of us imagine what it will be like to return with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords on horses to be there and witness this? And, can any of us imagine what it will be like for the people that get plucked by the angels from wherever they are on earth and brought to where the King is?
This is something that DH and I were discussing yesterday. I rode horses while I was age 9 and up, and met my DH at the peak of my riding “career.’ Beck were married, my mom did some really ugly stuff to DH even to the point of trying 4 get him dishonorably discharged from the USCG.
We met when I was 17 and we’d planned on staying in N. California, were he could have gotten on wither US Postal Service and I could have continued on with riding and training horses. My dad understood what was going on and when my mom finally got rid of the Arabian stallion that I was bringing business with and, so that was the end of that.
God’s plans for my life with DH went in a different direction and I was saved shortly before we decided to move to his home state of NC to start our family, where he got on with the USPS and God blessed us with that, even though working for them, as a white male, was certainly a test for him, he’s got a good retirement and we’ve got great benefits from it. More blessings, upon blessings with 10,000 besides!
Thinking of this the other day and even now, brings tears

(the good kind!) to my eyes as I think how marvelous it will be to see Him, the One who died for all who accept Him as Lord and Savior!
I know that when I get over seeing my Savior face to face, and that might take awhile, that I will see this magnificent horse again! And who knows? Maybe Jesus will love him as much as I did and He will ride him as we all follow behind, all of us INSTANTLY knowing how to ride!
What a day that will be!
