Member States of the World Health Organization (WHO) today formally adopted by consensus the world's first Pandemic Agreement. The landmark decision by the 78th World Health Assembly culminates more than three years of intensive negotiations launched by governments in response to the devastating impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and driven by the goal of making the world safer from – and more equitable in response to – future pandemics.

“The world is safer today thanks to the leadership, collaboration and commitment of our Member States to adopt the historic WHO Pandemic Agreement,” said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. “The Agreement is a victory for public health, science and multilateral action. It will ensure we, collectively, can better protect the world from future pandemic threats. It is also a recognition by the international community that our citizens, societies and economies must not be left vulnerable to again suffer losses like those endured during COVID-19.”

Just a semi-quick note (lol) on the One Big Beautiful bill piece @dlcv included above. The good this kind of reporting does do is lean genuine concerns into hopefully most accurate gauging of what actually might come with the Trump package. Is Trump a traditional small government Republican, or closer to a uni-party big FED government establishment repbulican? In all honesty, there are indicators on both sides of that issue. In Trump's building days he tried to used imminent domain to get casinos. As 45 he used it to secure the border wall. Fortunately there are constitutional protections in place for land owners. But unfortunately that does not mean land owners always get fair deals. So in that sense, Trump's instincts to levage advantage for America (which I believe is a great asset) can also opporate in favor of his own visions within the country that might challenge land ownership in some to many cases where fair compensation of immement domain might be missing. So there is that. And something to keep in mind with the Trump brand of presidency. With Trump, we will get the benefits of his saavy business antics for America when he is dealing internationally. But that same savvy can also be used against Americans. In the case of the border wall, it is understandable why eminent domain might be used, but how great a problem fair compensation fits into that is a reasonable and sober conversation to have. In some cases $1,500 per acre was used as compensation. In others, $800k plus per acre was used. Homework. So to be fair to thewinepress article, imminent domain in Trump's hands is not without issue. Amen.

This got me thinking why carbon pipelines interests Trump (one who is against climate regulation impossings). The best I can tell is that carbon pipelines have features about them to extend oil field life and can result in their use as increasing oil production. So in that sense I would not see Trump as Chief Facing Both Ways on the climate issue (Hagelian Dialectic), but rather understand that if we look at America as the new Saudi Arabaian oil producer, protecting oil production = global market advantage. And Trump would not be able to resist that. This explains too why Kristi Noam also got heat as Governor for imminent domain issues with land owners and carbon piping. Carbon piping end result = more oil production and longer lasting fields. Another way of saying this is carbon pipeline protect and extend America advantage in oil production. And with it, world market dominance. In that, Trump will push hard, unfortunately, even at the expense in some cases with the inequalities present in imminent domain use as a rule.

Additionally it is also noted in the bill (somwhere's else) that Trump wants to defund court ability to challenge the government.

“No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued….”

This also is a worthy consideration over what caliber of person we get with Trump. Is this some form of deflating any executive office challenges? It could read that way. And there may be challenges to consider there. The way I read that is more in relation to the first part than the second. "Security Given." This would seem to suggest that if you really have an interest to challenge the government, then you must put up money to do it. If you do, you will have access to funds to continue the process. If you do not, then maybe you are papering the government to death and jamming up the system by means of stalling justice. That I believe is one way to read that. But again. Homework. But it is totally possible I have no idea what I am talking about. So anyone with a firmer gasp on that, please feel free to weigh-in.

This concern that Trump is trying to make the presidency impenetrable from the courts is (even though typically inflated by the left, "who are definately doing that themselves") worth consideration. But at least in great part as it currently stands, this concern arises out of Berkeley and Robert Reich, which are both far left entities. And sober interpretation of anything is not likely to come from those camps. That being said, I am grateful for a two-party system in America. Even if it is seen as just a uniparty and one big party. Because I believe there is as much friction in factions between the two (outside of course of the globalist establishment attempt of American government), as their is both parties toyed with by globalism. And political theory would hold that at some point arguments the left will use can be both helpful to offset conversative overreach as much as it may as well boomerang back on Dems. And that, is a good thing. lol.

Off topic but in the mainstream of this thread: Last night I had a dream of JD Farag. It was pretty cool. We were starting to be friends. I was new to his church. He was very welcoming but could see I had some questions. The way that played out in the dream though was that I noticed this church in California I wondered if was affiliated with JD's church. Because it has similar things. Instead of asking him, I just blurted it out as if I noticed it. Almost like, in the dream, I assumed it was related because some of the language was identical. JD looked a little stand-backish at that statement. Almost like he thought I might be crazy...lol. In any event it was very vivid. And me and JD were generally on good terms. I will update if this dream becomes a movie in my head series. Blessings.

PS -- It is also mentioned about the Beautiful Bill that although omitting tips and overtime taxes was in it, social security benefit tax commission was not. It seems The Hill is reporting that removing taxation from Social Securty would not be something used in a budget appropriation process. So if anyone has insight on that, please do share.
