Fans upset after Donald Trump snubs Taylor Swift during Eagles White House visit

TCC

Well-known

The drama between Donald Trump and Taylor Swift continues, even at the White House. On Monday, April 28, the 47th president welcomed the Philadelphia Eagles following their 2025 Super Bowl win against the Kansas City Chiefs.

While the "Cruel Summer" songstress was not in attendance, that didn't stop the 45th president from making a comment about her. During his speech, fans believed that his not so subtle remark was unnecessary.

"It was an incredible game. A little surprising, but right from the beginning of the first quarter of the big game, which I was there - I watched in person," Trump noted. "I was there along with Taylor Swift, how did that work out? How did that one work out?"

. . . . .

This is more of a National Inquirer article like. But, just curious. Does anyone know of other presidents who upstaged mega stars historically? I cannot think of any. But its probably just my bias, right? Maybe Maryln Monroe/JFK? But that was her singing to him. Perhaps a voluntary upstage permit. But i don't think JFK wanted it all that public. So in an official sense..."no upstaging permitted."

So President Trump slammed Taylor Swift, the girlfriend of a Chief that lost at the SB to those Eagles.......so what........he would have slammed someone or something related to the Eagles in front of the Chiefs if the game score went the other way.........because that's Trump!

Just saw this old thread.

Lord knows,it will be a grand day when that name disappears from public view.

I don't blame Trump for snubbing her. She's a Liberal that has openly criticized him by regurgitating the anti-Trump trigger phrases.

And, given Christians are to have nothing to do with darkness, and T. has demonstrated in her concerts she's a Satanist,DT was obligated to avoid her.

While one would expect the POTUS to refrain from such remarks, there has never been a political candidate in U.S. history that has been more discriminated against, falsely accused of crimes, been taken to court, and lied about more than President Trump. He has been the victim of two assassination attempts mainly due to these lies and misrepresentations. For those reasons, and the fact he has been the only President in my lifetime who truly puts the American citizen first in all his decisions, I allow him some slack in this matter. I don't like it, but I understand. Would we act differently? Maybe, but I would not trust myself to keep my tongue in check under those circumstances.

BINGO! 100% (although I was around for Reagan, and he did put America first too)
