Elon Musk RAGES & DEMONIZES & BANS Conservatives Speaking Out Against H1-B Immigration? X Staff?

TCC

Well-known

This 15 minute video does not have a summary. This channel has been on youtube for 7 years and has now almost 2 million subscribers. The gist of the video is the problem of the USA using H1-B Immigration in the way that we have and to the degree we seem to unreasonably protect it. This channel is conservative and leans in favor of Trump admin views. However, it is a free thinking outside the box commentator who offers legitimate push back against staple ideologies even within his own party. In particular, in this video, this channel is concerned with Elon Musk's bans on twitter accounts that speak out against some H1-B practice.

. . . . .

Even though i generally think Elon Musk will help America move in a generally positive direction, I believe this is healthy push back against unreasonably oversensitive vibes coming from Elon's protection of H1-B status. And discusses the concerns of how America can still drown in immigration overload even though the borders may become better controlled and more secure under a Trump admin. If there are not addressed concerns in the H1-B practice in America, we are underselling our markets to immigration. And permitting America to be infiltrated by immigration that may not be the best for the country in general. And may end up hurting American jobs in general and losing too many jobs to immigration policy even under MAGA policy.

. . . . .

For those on our forum who tend to see politics through Hegelian Dialectic eyes, it is moments like these where i hope is helpful to see that even though i am a fairly assertive antagonist to the Hegelian Dialectic views held often in watcher circles, I try not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. And its moments like what this video brings up that does provide sober concern as to why Musk would be see himself standing for free speech and yet potentially pigeon-hole views he does not like on X. Like a cancel culturalist would do. I would think Musk's concern is overly sensitive. And a potential tipping of the hat to an Hegelian dialectic operation of sorts--by penalizing H1-B commentators (like Laura Loomer) on his own freedom-of-speech platform. And i believe holding Elon accountable in this way is super healthy.

So i am hopeful by this that in general i do believe Hegelian Dialectic views of politics are overly emphasized in theatrical glamorization's of political trends today, but also hope this does not mean i am not open to consider where it may happen -- as human nature seems to be a condition we all kind of share in. Even though my eschatological view is our witnessing of a massive surge revival in America and Israel, I try to do due diligence in not allowing my own eschatological leanings blur the realities that show up on our doorstep habitually, it may seem it most certainly can and often does. In general i would see 2025-2028 as a period subject to what i would consider a massive act of God (we shall see i reckon), but also in that I would perceive it healthy to hold my own convictions at bay to a degree too -- making other sober minded concerns along the way opportunity to prove of disprove my eschatological leanings. And this channel is at times a good example of this practice. A practice i would encourage in our watcher world that can tend to let our eschatology drives perhaps too much interpretation for us all along the way. Something i don't like when it see it practiced in the watcher world. Nor do i like it when i do it. It is an extremely uncomfortable way to hold a conviction. But i am just saying this in that even though i would see what could be an act of God override whatever else we might label it through the actions or inactions of its players (even though i would see that as an over arching theme beyond whatever else we may see things as), I would still want to give ample, reasonable, and sober minded shifts under my ideological feet to hold my own convictions to account. Because on its face, the what i would perceive often to be the generic watcher zeitgeist view that the NWO is "the" shot caller of our age, I would not want to inadvertently counterbalance that with a zeitgeist of my own, my "act of God" view. It would be inconsistent for me to say my zeitgeist trumps the watcher zeitgeist. So like as i am aware of this potential philosophical dysfunction, I would rather put videos like this one in front and center view. Where concerns and discussions emerge out of sober concerns not tilting too far on either zeitgeist like extreme. lol. If that makes sense? Thanks for reading. Blessings.

You guys, its been hard to work today...lol. Because there is quite a storm blowing in the winds over the above posted issue. On one hand i am somewhat terrified in what is going on. Because the one thing that would be the worst omen would be Trump cometh upon the wings of false light. But the storm brewing on social media about H1B workers and the reasoning behind it -- especially from Vivek, is terrifying. Vivek and Musk want America to accept that American culture is so lazy and stupid that we need foreign workers to do our high earning jobs. Vivek is making himself out to be a Dark Age Lord. Punking on us dumb Americans. So Big Tech can hire cheaper and sell it to us as needing to be taught a lesson. The Great Awakening is here...and its the Dark Ages...lol. Wow if Elon is Q, he just woke America up to the greater fact that he is from South Africa mining American resources for his own cheap labor. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Great Awakening before it even gets started. Wow.

Hopefully this is bad judgement on Trump's part. And he wakes up. Because he's about to find MAGA in its own civil war. And I can't exactly blame them. For those who know my posting history, it is evident and rare (but has happened a long time ago) that I ever tip the hat to the "false light" theory. But at this scene in the end time movie, one huge bone to the false light theory. "Mazel tov" @dlcv

. . . . .

On a brighter note, it is great to see on X such big pushback from MAGA against the newly appointed DOGE admin. The silver lining is that it is good to see real voices have real conversations on X while Elon tries to shut it down. End of year fireworks. Conversations that really need to happen. Amen. :)

Yeah Viveks comments do seem a bit off don't they?

Yeah Viveks comments do seem a bit off don't they?
I don't think so. You have to take Mr Ramaswamy's comments in the greater context of societal values. And in America we in general have for too long valued comfort and ease. Ask yourself why the children in South Asian and East Asian immigrant homes in the United States far exceed the average American child in academic standing and achievement. It's not because they're not as smart. As I read Vivek's comments I believe that was their thrust. Unfortunately, the majority of reactions currently are knee jerk from those who interpret his remarks to suggest that we need more H-1B visas, which is the opposite of the truth.

I'm sure that Elon likes the H-1B visas because he gets to hire highly competent people cheap. But if that door were closed --or at least closed significantly compared to what it is to today-- then I think he would still be able to find the people he needs from within the American workforce. He'd just have to pay them more.

The over reaction from both sides was a bit distressing to witness. For one thing it exacerbated the problems and benefits from H-1B visas. Dinesh D’Souza posted a video on it, but it’s on his Locals page so I haven’t seen it yet. His perspective will be interesting because he migrated to the US from India when he was 17.

I did check out James Lindsay’s unique perspective. He sees the MAGA vs. MAGA fight as a wedge. He finds fault on both sides, but he says we all should have expected this. Instead of getting triggered we all should have been ready to listen to both sides and seek resolution.

Not meaning to get off topic but I just noticed on your Avatar you are from Chino
Hey you aren't very far from me 😀 about 20 miles. Cool.
Have you been to Jack Hibbs church in Chino Hills?

There-in lies the problem with the H1-B program. Seems like our govmint is always putting American citizens last these days.

Where we truly can't fill positions because we have full employment in those areas, we should bring in competent foreign workers, but we shouldn't bring in foreign workers at the expense of American workers.

I’m not sure how it’ll work, but the talk is that businesses will avoid problems if they move their business back to the US. Maybe an incentive structure could temporarily boost employers to first hire Americans. It’s not too much of a stretch, Reagan had similar ‘give-aways’ when he inherited a crummy economy.

Wow thanks guys for weighin-in. I appreciate the feed back. @mattfivefour Pastor Adrian I am particularly thankful for your weighin. As I do get distracted throughout the day with work and other things, I can only look at things so deeply. In catching up a bit I think your overall sentiment here is well timed as well as helpful and needed. In checking out some other sources, I realized a channel I subscribed to, Devory Darkins (he's always got some pretty decent takes). And he totally agrees with your perspective on this. That its way blown out of proportion.

From the overall looks of it, it is interesting to note that there were some things I might differ on in ways. But overall, I believe your weigh-in is very accurate and stabilizing. I don't really want the role of town-cryer. So this is good for pause. What I would say though is that there are others in the media that don't have a horse in the race and they believed how Vivek approached this was stated in such a way that is perhaps not the best way to approach all of this. I did see some lenghty readings of his weigh-in, and to be honest it sounded a bit on the elitist side. I for one think that American culture has gotten lazy and pouty. I've thought that for some time. But I also see that to a degree from influences that do by all appearances aim to aid and abet that. So I am actually glad Viveks comments strike you the way they did. But wow is there pushback. I believe as part of DOGE, it would be better not to come across as talking down to America. Which in places did come across that way to me.

I don't think Elon helped. Although it turns out after appearing to be aggressive in his trite statements, the most offensive was actually a meme mode. Still, it does appear to be that he does not mind trolling...lol. Even more than Trump. Coming across so aggressive like with those having concerns in his own camp did not help matters at all, in my opinion. However, some of the things I caught did rise above the level of overaction. One tweet weigh-in was from Eric Weinsten, a very knowledgeable and seasoned veteran in the arena in which he speaks. Weinstein wrote a National Economic Bureau of Economic research pape as far back as 2003. This was a 24 page academic report on this issue.

As it appears though, I appreciate you understanding stated of how this came out as an over reactive controversy. The good thing about all of this is that it demonstration how MAGA is not monolithic, I believe. It does clearly demonstrate MAGA as a very diverse group willing to go to task with one another. In that I don't celebrate the divide, but do appreciate the where-with-all that comes with having a human pulse in the camp. And its not just a group of echo chamber Trump followers. In that sense, this, to me, is actually a good thing. In addition, I'm glad to witness my own heart's willingness to consider (with passion) narratives that might not be anywhere near where I am typically tracking. Blessings.

Understand that Elon Musk is an infant. A brilliant infant, an exceptionally brilliant infant, a genius ... but emotionally still an infant. I suspect with his lack of true empathy that he is solidly on the autism spectrum (something which he admits to a small degree.) So we should not be surprised when he acts impulsively, or irrationally. He just gets an idea to say something and he says it. Just like a kid. And I don't think he really weighs the consequences. To him if he thinks it then it has value, because that is how his brain is wired-- to be self-involved. He's a genius and he is used to having his ideas accepted; or, if rejected, then pursuing them himself. And I'm sure he's completely shocked that others don't see it the same way. So he lashes out.

Anyway, for what is worth, that's my old man two cents after carefully watching him and listening to his interviews.

My heart goes out to him.

A few weeks ago, one of his primary X followers, named DOGE ever since Elon bought Twitter (the Avatar is a cute cartoon blue dog). Anyhow, he asked if people believe in God and used very simple and sincere words.

H-1B Uproar Obscures Vast Workforce of Other White-Collar Migrants

The heated debate over H-1B visa workers obscures the far greater inflows of other foreign workers into the white-collar jobs needed by American college graduates.

The federal government issues about 130,000 new H-1B visas each year — plus another 650,000 visas or work permits to other white-collar migrants each year.

Many of these non-immigrant workers are allowed to stay for five, six, or seven years. The multi-year visas create a resident population of at least 1.5 million white-collar workers.

That growing population is almost twenty times larger than the H-1B program’s inflow of 85,000 new foreign workers every year that the media is focusing on.

After one of my daughters completed a bachelors and masters in computer science, her friends, who were all foreign students, needed to get jobs in order to stay in the USA... which seems to be the most common path for foreign students. Her foreign friends all landed jobs pretty quickly while my daughter was turned down at corporation after corporation. She ended up working remotely for a security startup for less than minimum wage... (don't know how they did that) just for something to do. It was 2 or 3 years before she finally landed a job working for the University where she got her degrees, and she's still there today.

Over the years I've read testimonies from people who had jobs but then were compelled to train their foreign replacements. That seems to happen over and over. Then you read articles about corporations begging the govmint to allow in more foreign workers. Govmint programs that hurt its citizens should be terminated. If a need truly exists after a poor program is terminated, carefully develop a new program with lots of checks in it to ensure that no citizen is denied employment or let go in favor of a foreign national.

We probably need some foreign workers, and its in the interests of the nation to make a place for the best and brightest, those rare super mathematicians, for example. If Trump is successful at bringing some manufacturing back home with a tax and tariff structure that incentivizes local manufacturing, let's be sure our own citizens are hired first before we open the doors to foreign nationals.

Which I think are all valid points to have been discussed on Twitter. I can see how emotions flared and it became more of a food fight than discussion. But the kinds of things you bring up here Tall are very real concerns platforms like twitter should be about. It's great to see that it is currently at the level it is -- for this would have never been able to exist under the @jack era of Twitter. So there is that. Amen. A place where real conversations can happen. If anything what this likely shows more like is that whatever hoax platform Twitter might be today...it is far advanced in genuine human communication than when under @jack era. And some are saying that the purchasing of Twitter out from under the left in our country is likely one of the most significant purchases since the 1800s.

What it seems like we have is a real fluent and working super town-square that can shine like a diamond. With all the levels and layers of maturity (and lack thereof) our age packages within us. With its owner who is a genius infant. lol. So that is quite a mix. But one I tend to identify with perhaps more than the false light theory forum. Its raw, its layered, it brings nuances of complication. But it does have that "pioneering frontieristic" vibe to it all. And would seem to be quite an amplification of freedom of speech with of course some significant challenges. Blessings.

What this apparition "the baby town crier" seems to echo and convey in a rather pronounced way is the raw elements of human nature excellence and frailty all combined snowballing and bouncing off the walls within our social moment...as much...if not more...than a power structure of a two winged political bird. Of the two, what seems to shine brighter is the common core ugly that is just part of being human...on display even. The one thing I can say, that is actually rather nice to see in a way, is the true diverse voices arguing amongst and within the MAGA percieved camp. That MAGA is not just a bunch of Trump yes men. Which both the far left and the far right tend to pigeon-hole in ways it would seem. I can actually say I am rather proud of MAGA for having a conscience and a pulse. Amen.

Human nature, for sure, and it’s uniquely spectral, no matter who we are.

Elon Musk’s Tesla Replaced Laid Off Americans with Foreign Workers on H-1B Visas

In the wake of Elon Musk’s fiery defense of H-1B visas, it has come to light that Tesla has replaced U.S. employees laid off earlier this year with foreign workers holding the very H-1B visas that Musk lashed out at conservatives for not supporting.

Electrek reports that according to reports from current and former Tesla employees, as well as data from the U.S. Department of Labor, the company has significantly increased its use of H-1B visas to fill positions left vacant by the layoffs of approximately 15,000 U.S. workers in April 2024. The layoffs affected every department but were particularly concentrated in Tesla’s operations in Texas and California, where the company has the largest number of employees.

H-1B visas are intended to allow US companies to hire foreign workers for “specialty occupations” when there is a shortage of qualified American workers. The visas are valid for three years and can be extended for an additional three years. However, the visa holder must maintain employment with the sponsoring company to retain their work status, otherwise they are required to leave the country. This arrangement has been criticized by some as giving employers excessive power over foreign workers and potentially leading to a form of modern indentured servitude.

Tesla alone requested over 2,000 H-1B visas during the period when it was laying off thousands of U.S. workers. This figure represents over three percent of the total H-1B visas available nationwide. According to the affected employees, many of those laid off were senior engineers with higher salaries, who have been replaced by more junior foreign engineers at lower pay rates. This practice has raised concerns about companies using the H-1B program to cut labor costs and displace American workers.

Yep, it's about greed, not about the need for highly trained workers. I'd like to see Trump end the program and then come up with something else that can't be used against the American people.
