There was no disrespect meant to Charlie at all. The truth is the truth there are many people who have members in there family that are not even Christians. People will think what they will, and not always correct.
I cant even imagine how tight security will be. What a nightmare for the secret service and whatever other agencies will be involved.

I truly do not think this would be the case if Kamala had become President.
One thing has stood out to me watching all these interviews the last week with all the people that were in Charlie's closest circle -- the ones who are being interviewed the most -- every single one of them have said they are running on zero sleep, staying extremely busy with several interviews every day, and God is giving them supernatural strength and peace beyond their understanding. They are all doing it to honor their friend's memory. And they are aware a 'crash' and real mourning is coming, but not yet and God is making sure of it.

I just read this on Facebook from Franklin Graham. His parents asked their son Tim Robinson why he killed Charlie Kirk? He replied"there is too much evil and the guy spreads too much hate." I am thinking of this scripture they will call evil good, and good evil. No one has the right to take someone's life. He is the hateful evil one. Charlie talked to people about gender, marriage, abortion,, and much more. The truth is there is darkness and light in this world, and the darkness hates the light which represents truth. Darkness is hated and lies.

I've always thought Pat McAfee was a clown, much more suited to be an announcer for a WWE event than on ESPN's College Gameday. But his response to Charlie Kirks death has changed my opinion of him. Knowing what kind of man he is somehow makes his theatrics more tolerable. Here is his quote:

Well with all that has come out that the shooter was living with his transgender lover, that his parents say he had changed radically since being in college and it coming out that he was a fairly accomplished shooter as he hunted with the family as a kid, it is hard for me to think it was not him who fired the shot. I looked the info up after the images came out showing where someone appeared to be on the roof and later video showing someone running off that roof and climbing down. If he had even hunted just a few times, I am sure he spent some time practicing as well. Given the rifle claimed, a Mauser chambered for 30-06, 200 or so yards is not a difficult shot especially with a scope. I have also seen bits and pieces of people saying he is a Lee Harvey Oswald type patsy set up to take the fall and it was a professional. I can see that as well but using Google map I am finding it hard to find a decent hide from further out say 1000 yards which a good rifle can still handle. Mostly what I see is people who know little about guns, high powered rifles, what it is like at various shooting distances making all kinds of wild claims to support a second shooter that got away. From my experience in the Corps as a range coach for a year and a half, even a .223 say an AR-15 platform is an easy shot at 200 or less yards. We did 300 yards with iron sights. Each time I was a range coach I would usually grab a weapon as people were finishing up and do a round of shots as if I was qualifying. I zero out the sights for myself for 300 yards as I would set the sights to neutral then dial them from what I knew I needed. I could do that, shoot and score expert most of the time and shoot perfect 6 of the times that was 30 rounds in the bulls eye center circle. My point is 200 yards for anyone that has even minimal shooting skills is not difficult so I lean more to the guy they got as the shooter since I can't see all the evidence up close and personal. What I find interesting is Charlie was wearing a vest under his shirt. I did not notice it at first but after someone said it was a ricochet off the vest into his neck I went back to see if I could see that. That was when I saw the tell tale signs through his t-shirt he had a vest on. It was also then that I could not find any indication that it was a ricochet shot as there was no movement on the shirt to indicate any kind of high speed impact. So for now I am staying with they got the right person shooting as all the mechanics works quite well for him to have been the person seen running on the roof and then jumping off.
There is a sub-group of humans who can find a conspiracy theory under every rock. For those, the truth, if it becomes known, is never good enough. That's why I think Elvis is still alive and always will be.

It has now come out that the older fellow admitted claiming to be the shooter to distract and delay the actual shooter to get away. In the past few days it is said in the news that his phone was found to have child porn on it. Don't know if any of that is true but it does keep the theories running like crazy. Like I said in another post, given what has been said of the kid, the weapon claimed to have been used, any half decent shooter could make that shot with ease. I say this especially since it was chambered for a 30-06 round which is a much flatter flying round under 300 yards, that is a pretty straight line shot from the muzzle to the target at just 200 yards. Some mention having to account for cross wind but looking back at the videos I see not discernable cross wind problem. Even if there was with a scope that can easily be compensated for.
Side note and my biggest concern at this point is that those who would consider Charlie their enemy and those that follow and/or agree with his views are not getting the response they wanted which is a violent one. Nope they are seeing peaceful, quiet prayer vigils instead. I did see where some tried to disrupt one or two of those and it did not end well for them. But now with the number of people being outed for their public comments online to their employers who dropping such people like flies for those comments there is a rising backlash from those losing their jobs and even a few hints some of them are about to get overtly violent. Whether that comes to pass are not is yet to be seen. But it is the lack of George Floyd like response from what is considered the conservative right that has really angered the left because now they can't point to any violence and turn around and play the victim card. Some are trying because they lost their jobs but as many political pundits are pointing out no one has been denied their free speech. Instead the thing they did not consider carefully is that the consequences of that free speech is turning on them hard and they are losing jobs. In short the divide is still there just not boiling over because the initial response was not one of retaliation but prayer and retrospection.
It is from what I have ascertained from years of study of prophecy that has me concerned. The road to the Tribulation is not without its measures of violence. In fact as time marches forward the divide between good and evil is getting stronger. I like to think that in part Jesus is allowing it so that His people can see better what real evil looks like. I think to many for too long have lived the easy life with very limited struggles so they don't recognize the depth of evil in some people until now. It is a wake up call to help Christians really discern what deep seeded pure evil looks like. We see it in the images of people who often appear as if they demon possessed, we see it in their eyes, in their actions.
No the war is far from over even though this even has brought a bit of a lull over all instead of having it blow up like a powder keg. Hence as I have told friends and old co-workers remain vigilant because attacks can from from no where and every where all at once or constantly over time wearing people down. Given what happened to Iryna on the train an attack from behind out of the clear blue is what I am talking about. You could be in the grocery store minding your own business shopping and someone who thinks you are the cause of their problems could just as easily sneak up behind you with a knife and down you go. Keep your head on a swivel at all time when out and about. You just never know who an attacker might be. With the failed attempt to rile up the conservative right, I fully expect there will be individiual attempts to to stir the pot all over he country.
I can't tell anyone how to dress but lets think about it soberly. This is probably not a good time to be wearing a MAGA hat if you are out alone. If you wear some kind of shirt that mourns the loss of Charlie Kirk is likely not a good idea. Now if you are in large groups of like minded people I would say ok but when you step away you may wanna tone things down a bit till you are safely home. Their is this thing in doomsday prepper circles called being the gray man. That is the guy no one seems to notice. He blends in with every one else and does not stand out at all. He is easily forgotten because there is nothing extraordinary about him. This is a good time to adopt the gray man concept when you are out in public especially in high traffic areas like large grocery stores, malls, sporting events, concerts etc. Being the gray man is not a sign of cowardice it is a common sense self protection measure. Think of it as why you wear camouflage when you are out hunting. You are trying to blend in to the surroundings so you don't get notice by your prey and it run off.
I make this warning because since the turn of the century we have seen things grow progressively worse world wide. This is nothing more than a prelude to what is coming in the Tribulation. It is hint of what those left behind will be dealing with but in much harsher conditions. Judgement will come and no one escapes unscathed. That being said what we see now is our warning to be alert because even now lots of bad stuff is going down all over the world and a lot of it right in the USA. Stay safe, stay alert, take heed to the warnings Jesus gave the disciples about this time and thus gave to us as well. He was not joking around.

Yeah a lot of emotions are running high for a lot of people. I find this typical of the kid bullied over and over who finally has had enough and lands a hay maker on the bully who was not expecting that. The actions happening of people scouring the social media platforms and sending the info found to employers who promptly dismiss those making wild statements a form of striking back but not with blood involved. I fully expect some looney tune that lose a job will likely go off the deep end at some point and make it a blood feud but for the most part I am seeing even what we might call calm level headed people on the right coming out and saying what many have felt for a while. We tried to discuss with you and all you did was scream louder and louder. When people attempted to have discourse and you could not tear down their arguments with your own facts and arguments you shot them. People especially Christians who have turned the other cheek countless time to keep the piece are getting fed up. They are stepping up and saying, "NO MORE!" Some very peace loving Christians will, I am sure say and do things they are not accustomed to and of course the enemy will be quick to jump on it. But rest assured we still live in a sin sick world. No matter how hard you try to live the good Christian life you will stumble and fall but you are not losing your salvation which is what the enemy will try to use on you. Take it in prayer to the Lord, confess it and know that it was forgiven 2000 years ago. Do not lose heart if you lose your temper.

Shinobi - In your experienced opinion, do you think the front left throat location is indicative of a entry hole? Reason being, I just read something about the entry hole had to be in the back and the front being the exit hole. After thinking about it, that kind of makes sense to me. In all my hunting experience I have never seen an entry hole do the damage seen in the video. The entry hole should be about the diameter of the bullet with a larger exit hole. If true, then the public is being fed malarky.

That is a good question because his first reaction was to reach for the right side of his neck. The problem is unless they release the ballistics info we will never know. I have never had a kill that I hit an artery on any kind of animal so for me it is hard to say where the entry/exit occurred. I am still waiting to hopefully find out more. I wish I could help you more but sadly info is scarce and the images online are not all that good. I will say one thing, if as claimed by some it was a front entry but a ricochet off the vest the round size would have been likely distorted hence appearing to be a larger hole on the front of the neck but as I said someplace else I can't see that there was anykind of ricochet off the vest. There seems to be no distortion to the shirt where impact was said to happen before being deflected to the neck. I just don't now based on what I have see and heard so far.

For my time starting out was post Vietnam and basic rifleman qualification was limited to fixed targets at only 300 yards. I never got to shoot anything other than that in the military save one time in the Army Reserves with various pop up targets at various ranges. Still nothing past 300 yards given the weapons we were to use, the M16.
