Amen!!We need not fear this new year. The same God that guided us through last year, will be with us this year.
Daily Prayer for January 16 CHRISTOPH FRIEDRICH BLUMHARDT “I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever. Psalm 145:1-2, NIV Dear Father in heaven, we come before you and thank you with all our hearts. You know all that we are thankful for. Continue to sustain us, we pray, and give us strength for the paths on which you lead us. Even when we must suffer and fight long, hard battles, we know that everything has its right purpose and will still lead us to your goal. For all this we praise and thank you. Protect us in mind, heart, and spirit. Keep us courageous, and lift us above all discouragement through your Spirit, who will renew our lives forevermore. Amen”
Daily Prayer for January 23 CHRISTOPH FRIEDRICH BLUMHARDT “The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all...Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the Lord, my soul. Psalm 103:19, 22, NIV Dear Father in heaven,we thank you for giving our hearts hope for your kingdom, the kingdom of God. We thank you that again and again we may draw strength from this hope, find new youthfulness and courage, and discover how powerfully, though hidden, your kingdom is already approaching. Protect this vision and help us when we fail. All will come right. Whatever happens, we are in your hands, and no one shall snatch this joy from our hearts. Amen”

“The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all...Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the Lord, my soul. Psalm 103:19, 22, NIV
Dear Father in heaven,we thank you for giving our hearts hope for your kingdom, the kingdom of God. Amen”
We all can see that the world is becoming more evil and that we are getting closer to the rapture and the tribulation. Knowing the world will suffer through 7 years of the wrath of God being poured out on the world is sad. Yet, if we have surrendered ourselves to God, we have seven years of bliss living in Heaven to look forward to.
This should encourage us to live closer to God and surrender all to God. We need to share God’s love with others and live in righteousness and truth. We pray for the soon return of Jesus and for lost souls.
Maranatha,
Betty
How are you doing? Hope all is as well as can be.

Daily Prayer for February 6 CHRISTOPH FRIEDRICH BLUMHARDT “I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. Psalm 31:7, NIV Dear Father in heaven, we come before your presence with thanksgiving and rejoice that you are with us on earth. Even though we have many struggles and temptations and even though problems crowd in upon us, we know that we are in your hands and that everything must go according to your will. Hold us securely in your hand. Help us to bear all that we find hard, for we know you are in control and you lead everything to a good end. The darker and more difficult it may seem, the more clearly your hand will reveal the victory in those whose lives are founded in eternity, whose lives cannot end in sorrow but will end in your glory. Amen”

Happy Thursday,
Have Mercy on Me
I wake up in pain, Lord,
Have mercy on me.
My body is weak, Lord.
My body is tired.
Have mercy on me Lord,
Have mercy on me.
Help me to live, Lord,
In a way that please you.
Help me to avoid sin and
Live in righteousness, Lord.
Have mercy on me, Lord.
Have mercy on me.
The above came to my mind when I woke up this morning. Truth is we all need the mercies of God. It is hard to live in righteousness and avoid sin, in today’s world. The devil is more active than ever.
Do not fear my dear friends, God has not lost his powers. He is with us. He is more powerful than the devil. Keep your trust in the Lord. Pray to God and praise Him everyday.
Maranatha,
Betty
