If, like us, you have been swamped by CCF emails, the solution is very simple. Click on your user profile at the top of a page, then click on "preferences." Uncheck every feature that you do not want and those emails and notifications will cease.

There's also some email boxes to uncheck in Account Details and Privacy, but most are in Preferences.
