"X", Formerly Twitter, to Collect Biometric and Employment Data
From BBC.com:

X, formerly known as Twitter, will collect biometric data on its users, such as a photograph of their face, in an update to its privacy policy.

People signed up to its subscription service, X Premium, can choose to provide a selfie and photo ID for verification.

The policy also states X may collect employment and educational history.

This would be to "recommend potential jobs for you, to share with potential employers when you apply for a job".

There has been speculation that X may want to offer recruitment services.

In May, X Corp acquired a tech recruiting service called Laskie, according to reports. It was the first take over of a company since Elon Musk bought Twitter, as it was then known, last year for $44bn (£34.7bn)

The new privacy policy will come into force 29 September.

It all sounds good up front. Just some innovations to make your life better. But that's how it starts. That is how personal freedoms are lost. The possibilities for abuse with those proposals are huge! And based on experience, their innovations will eventually take a lot more from you than you will ever gain from them.

Like slowly boiling a frog in a pot. He doesn’t realize he’s being cooked until it’s too late. Like the mouse that doesn’t understand why the cheese on the trap is free.

X is also the mark used by illiterate people to sign things like checks, voter registration cards, selective service form, etc.

I don't believe in coincidences . . .

We "know" TPTB want all of us "regular people" illiterate, fearful, uninformed, propagandized, and easily led

Along the same lines of not believing in coincidences, in gang graffiti, an X across someone's street name means he or she has been killed (and it's on purpose). The person responsible often claims it using his or her street name for "street cred" and to show his or her gang (or family) is not to be messed with, retribution, score evened, etc.

Collection of employment data will make it easier for platforms, TPTB, and other users to identify, target, harass, stalk, extort, blackmail, shadow ban, outright ban, and reduce social credit scores of law enforcement and other "undesirables" :headbang:
Also expose LE and their families to stalking, physical harm, etc. in the "real" world. :headbang:
And adverse employment actions  :headbang:
And it will be harder for LE to establish accounts with which to catch pedophiles, fraudsters, etc.
As good becomes evil and evil becomes good more and more, the regular web will become more and more like the dark web :puke:
