President Biden’s Wisconsin campaign fundraiser has been called off after donors failed to commit enough money.
According to the New York Times, donors started dropping off after the debate.
“The campaign had hoped to raise $1 million from the event, but after the debate, campaign officials reset the event’s goal to $500,000, according to one person involved in arranging it,” the Times reported.
“Even that proved to be more than Wisconsin donors were willing to give to Mr. Biden. Plans for the event are now off.”

Biden says he has “completely ruled out” dropping out of the race.

When the backers turn their backs and back off, Ol' Joe is back to his basement...

The basement would be the safest place for him to be in so those who are Really in charge can run the show for the last four months left of Biden's presidency for this term while they plan his replacement.

Biden will make it very hard to replace him. Unless he has a change of heart, and drops out, the dems will be stuck with him. However, they could try something drastic at the convention, but that would probably doom the new candidates chances. It would be fun to watch them implode at the convention.

Bypassing Harris is what the dems want, but the optics will be bad, no doubt costing them many votes if they make that move.

The Democrat National Convention is August 19-22 so we will see if he steps down on his own or they replace him with someone else.

They are scrambling like crazy for Barry to be able to have term 4! No clear path for them, except perhaps Michelle. Heard from a Jan Markell update several months ago when she had Michelle Bachman as a guest; in her opinion, Michelle Obama would be their candidate. They are probably going to do this but it’s really late in the game for a switch.

I’m praying that God isn’t finished with America! It may be too late for America. A clear sign for this, IMHO, would be another win by the Dems. Time will tell, should they win in November.

Super delegates cant vote in the first round of ballots if there is a contentious vote at their convention. A nominee if Biden drops out could secure enough votes in the first round.

A vote for Biden is a vote for Harris! A vote against Biden is a vote against Harris! A vote to invoke the 25th is a vote against Harris! The only way they will support Harris is if there is not enough strong arming or the 25th and she is the default or Biden willingly bows out and she is the default. Even then, they do not feel she can win and that is why there is a vote against Harris if she runs or Biden stays in.

Some of his cabinet members have said they wont vote for it, so as of now, it wont work. Also, even if all his cabinet members agree, it still has to be voted on in congress. Its a murky process. Personally, I think just before the convention he will withdraw.
