West Point Superintendent Army Lt. Gen. Steve Gilland on Monday announced a new mission statement for the venerable institution that replaces the words “duty, honor, country” for the more generic “Army values.”

The West Point’s previous mission statement was:

To educate, train and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country and prepared for a career of professional excellence and service to the nation as an officer in the United States Army.

The new statement says:

To build, educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets to be commissioned leaders of character committed to the Army Values and ready for a lifetime of professional excellence and service to the Army and Nation.

Unfortunately, it's beginning to creep into the forefront of some of our minds that today's compromised military may soon get unleashed on us all as a police state.

I follow this guy on X and he sees things clearly. He recently did an interview with Tucker Carlson: "The national security state is the main driver of censorship and election interference in the United States. 'What I’m describing is military rule,' says Mike Benz. 'It’s the inversion of democracy.'"

“West Point is going woke. We’re watching the slow death of our country,” conservative radio host Jeff Kuhner complained in a post on the social media platform X.

Rachel Campos-Duffy, co-host of the Fox network’s “Fox & Friends Weekend,” wrote on the platform that West Point has gone “full globalist” and is “Purposely tanking recruitment of young Americans patriots to make room for the illegal mercenaries.”

Kelley said the motto is carved in granite over the entrance to buildings, adorns cadets' uniforms and is used as a greeting by plebes, as West Point freshmen are called, to upper-class cadets.

The mission statement is less ubiquitous, he said, though plebes are required to memorize it and it appears in the cadet handbook "Bugle Notes."

The US invasion is real, happening, and incapable of being stopped, at least at this time.....but it's largely an invasion from within by our own......and firearms/bombs/etc. are not needed for this invasion. The domestic enemies continue to march forward.
