Prime Minister's Office:
Hamas backs out of the understandings and creates a last-minute crisis that prevents an agreement.
Hamas is backing away from the explicit understandings reached with the mediators and Israel in a last-minute blackmail attempt.
Israel will not set a date for a cabinet and government meeting until the mediators announce that Hamas has approved all the details of the agreement.

It turns out that the Qatari enemy's declaration of a "ceasefire" was merely a facade, with underlying disputes remaining unresolved. For instance, Hamas is unwilling to accept Israel's veto on the release of numerous murderers, contrary to the agreement. Moreover, there are disagreements about the terms left from the first phase.
When you make a "deal" with a monstrous terrorist organization, what outcome could you reasonably expect? Furthermore, the mediators themselves seem to be corrupt.

An Israeli senior official said that in assessing the situation this morning, the Prime Minister said that if there is no breakthrough in the coming hours, he will consider returning the Israeli delegation that is in Qatar.
Reason for the controversy: Hamas demands a veto on a small number of terrorists who are considered "symbols", Barghouti is not included in their demands
A senior member of the Prime Minister's entourage said: If Hamas doesn't come down from the tree, it won't be closed.
The mediators' message to the Israeli delegation: We will soon resolve the crisis

NO DEAL YET
Hamas does not confirm the deal and tries to make changes.
Despite the official declaration of an agreement between Israel and Hamas by all parties involved, Hamas continues to create difficulties during this fateful day.
During the night, Hamas began to backtrack on the understandings it had agreed to. One of the issues on which Hamas is now withdrawing from the agreements is the veto given to Israel regarding the identity of the released terrorists.
The Prime Minister's Office stated: "Hamas is backing away from the understandings and creating a last-minute crisis that prevents an agreement. Hamas is backing away from the explicit understandings that were agreed upon with the mediators and with Israel in a last-minute blackmail attempt. Israel will not set a date for a cabinet and government meeting until the mediators announce that Hamas has approved all the details of the agreement."

Hillel Fuld on X:
Ok, here’s the real story. (In my head)
Biden applied unprecedented pressure on Netanyahu to take this deal.
He threatened him that if he doesn’t, the current administration would immediately withhold all weapons and money including Iron Dome.
Netanyahu agreed to the deal after speaking to Trump and agreeing that when, not if, but when Hamas violates the terms, Israel does what it needs to do with zero restrictions and with total US support.
This is what I want to believe.
This won’t be the first time we were all playing checkers and Netanyahu was playing chess.
We get our initial group of hostages back, Hamas violates the agreement, Israel goes in with a level of force Biden did not allow, and we finish the job, obliterate Hamas and retrieve the rest of the hostages.
Oh, and we track the prisoners we release and eliminate them one by one.
This is not based on any intel but it makes total sense to me and answers the huge question of how Bibi agreed to this. Also, it makes me feel a lot better, so let a man dream, would ya?
Amir Tsarfati
So when will we know if there is a deal or not?
ONLY WHEN YOU HEAR THAT THE ISRAELI CABINET IS MEETING!

What is happening with the Philadelphi corridor in the ceasefire agreement, according to Palestinian sources?
In a copy of the principles of the ceasefire agreement, as distributed last night on Palestinian channels, there is a section that refers to the issue of the Philadelphi corridor.
This section states that in the first phase of the agreement (during the first 42 days of the agreement's implementation) the IDF will reduce its forces, according to the maps that were determined, while the withdrawal from the axis will begin after the 42nd day and after the last hostage of the first phase is released.
The evacuation of the axis will continue until the 50th day.
In other words, an Israeli withdrawal from the Philadelphi corridor is supposed to occur in phase 2, which is the phase in which a permanent ceasefire will also be declared and in which the remaining living hostages who were not released in the first phase of the deal are supposed to be released.
The 42nd day point is the critical point in the issue of ending the fighting against Hamas, including the issue of the Philadelphi corridor.
