To date, we can’t upload image’s, correct; we have to post a link of a photo or image that is hosted elsewhere, correct?

You cannot upload videos or photos to this site without specific administrator permission, which is only given in very rare cases. The reason is that our space on this site is so limited that, if we were to permit visuals, we would soon run out of space for the forum itself.
