Common sense considering how many people have died because unvetted foreign truck drivers killed them.

I think the trucking company that hired those drivers should be fined,the monies going to the family of the victim. Not to preclude lawsuits against the company.
And their employee roll be checked for more such drivers.

And then,they're put out of business.
