Trump Unveils Drastic H-1B Overhaul With $100K Price Tag

TCC

Well-known

Before the announcement, foreign workers paid a modest fee to enter a lottery system. Those selected then paid a larger fee to submit a full visa application. In most cases, the hiring company covered these costs, a practice the Trump administration argues discourages the employment of American workers and runs counter to its “America First” agenda.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the top companies sponsoring these visas, including Amazon, Google, and Tesla, have worked closely with President Trump in his second term.

Howard Lutnick, the Secretary of Commerce, said that these higher fees were to ensure that American companies “hire Americans and make sure the people that come into the country are top, top people.” Lutnick has previously criticized the H-1B visa program.

. . . . .

Looks like the biggest losers here will be INDIA. Spanked for taking Russian oil? lol

This move seems to pretty much shut down bad faith use of H-1B Visas in how they previously retrofitted into the globalists system that systematically migrated jobs away from Americans (both psychologically [American's don't want that kind of job anymore] as well as physically giving those jobs to immigrants.

The globalists system needed to outsource American manufacturing jobs to other countries otherwise the true failing value of the debt note system called the (deep state/central banking) America dollar would be noticed as losing too much value (causing the people to reject the FED). Offsetting the huge loss of monitary value by outsourcing jobs for less AS WELL AS importing migrants for less to local jobs that cant go to other countries (just have other countries come here for that). Causing the mfg outsource and cheap labor migrant "insourcing" combo portray a healthier dollar system by illusion.

Early on Vivek R. published a scathy slap to the American face to defend H-1B visas as those visas necessary to offset lazy entitled American sloth and dopey pride. I know this is quite a bit on one's plate to consider, but seeing now the true motive of where this was leading...Vivek seemed to have been a decoy for the deep state to be lulled to sleep. Making it look like H-1B's future secures migrants taking American jobs for less thus passifying globalist sentiment to not interfere or raise an eyebrow. Like instructing the deep state where "not to look."

Meanwhile, as this H-1B overhaul takes effect, it demonstrates the huge H-1B debate was theater (and you guys please hear this) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRESERVING AMERICA--likely.

This is likely the first time we can actually look at Trump admin game theory and see a full season run of its intension play out. We can note its "story board."

  • Bring American focus to talk about it by making it a controversial issue (Elon/Trump)
  • Let social media catch massive fire
  • Pour gasoline on said fire by infusing drama (Vivek's degrading thesis published)
  • Revisit when its time with strategy to not need legislative change
  • Rewire it to fit a new monitary policy detached from central banking system
  • Use rewiring to push hard and extreme against central banking monitory system ethics
  • Solve a huge piece of short selling America by one big kick in the pants no one saw coming

We now have an episode on file. And it is utterly certain Trump's direction is to replace central bank system. Maybe even use "global reset" rhetoric to promote real ethical world trade. I guess we will see. But if that is the way it goes for any real length of time, what we would have had is this: While the watcher world obsessed (and I use that word deliberately) on the global reset, God laughed at it and turned it on its head before our very eyes. But since this does not seem to be in anyone's bible it is understandable we might obsess about a concept brought to us by our friendly neighborhood witchcraft factory called globalism.

We will have to see how things go of course. But it is starting to become more clear that we have a choice is how much credit we might put into however the globalist elite wanted us to be thinking about ourselves, our world, what is possible, and how even eschatology might go. The greatest concern I had years back of globalist witchcraft is the belief that Albert Pike had dreams and wrote letters describing 3 world wars before they came. This has never been proven and letters don't exist. Yet, it is not exactly uncommon for many in the watcher community to use Albert Pike as a sort of neo prophet slightly interpreting the word for us. As well as bringing the Luciferian Light Theory (that everything we are seeing is a magic show only to bring the world to worship the light bearer as its result). But I don't believe the end of the age of grace ends with granting the AC a 7 year reign. He only gets 3.5. And that starts at the trib midpoint. Because of these types of presumptions on the bible, I find it refreshing at least to see how God might alternatively be using Providence to unseat Pike and globalism as seers. Just a thought from the peanut gallery. But...

...so far, at this level, what we have seen with H-1B is game theory. A play form that seems to use propaganda "for the people?" lol Whoever heard of such a thing
:p

I'd rather he significantly restrict the H1-B Visa program. Compel companies to prove they couldn't hire a citizen to fill each and every position and have a place where skilled/educated American citizens can register with their abilities/knowledge with the govmint so instead of the govmint okaying a single H1-B Visa they can tell the company they know of a citizen who is qualified and who wants the job.

Good point brother. Of course the alternative to a hurt India is a phat China. "Wow, all of a sudden why does America look like China now? Were we really that liking in intelligence?" Or maybe it could be the Arab world with all the oil money. So many avenues to infiltrate for sure. It does feel good though for just one moment to see the outsourcing paradigm fizzle into smolder. And America, at least on a hopeful near horizon, looks like Wall Street again. That has to upset globalism. And although a lifestyle of gloating is sad and dysfunctional...a pinch and dash of it in stew now and then probably keeps the doctor away. I'm thinking :) But yeah...I hear you brother. Sober words you do speak. Amen.

It’s a good move. If H1-B visa holders are so highly skilled then they can afford the upfront money (or the company that needs them will pay). They could become great citizens in the US.

And, companies will make a better effort to seek US citizens first.

Amen. Yes Hol, i think that is the idea behind it in general from what it seems. TT makes a great point above. That would seem to be a cleaner way to run things. Might be harder to regulate. From what I understand, certain ways of tampering with Visa immigration law may require congressional vote. Which would be a much longer process. This way, I believe by putting such a high money dollar amount on the visa will innately enduce the same desired results. It would force corporations to look for better labor here first rather than pay a finders fee upfront of $100k. It would seem that sort of thing would take care of the problem in many respects. In any event, it would seem to force the breaks on the H-1B visa globalist scam of syphoning American jobs. Blessings.
