Trump Officials Weigh Possible Kim Jong Un Meeting During Asia Trip

TCC

Well-known

Trump administration officials are privately discussing a potential meeting between Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during the U.S. president's upcoming Asia visit, CNN reported on Saturday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Officials have not begun logistical arrangements or direct communications with Pyongyang, and prior outreach from Trump earlier this year was reportedly rejected by North Korea, the report added.

In August, Trump expressed interest in meeting the North Korean leader after hosting South Korean President Lee Jae Myung at the White House for the first time.

I saw that on the news, I think Trump or one of his representatives is attending the APEC meeting in South Korea that is scheduled. While he's there, he might do that if it works out into his schedule.

The little dumpling of doom from the North Korean side of things always seems to be a happier nicer man after a visit with Trump. It seems to reset something in the architecture of his little brain or something.

Here's a link to what's going on at APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation)

so it starts Oct 31/Nov 1 but some of the high tech guys start arriving Oct 28th.

They can all celebrate Hallowe'en together!

Here's a bit from the blurb

"Gyeongju, South Korea, Oct 20 (Reuters) - South Korea is stepping up its security measures in the southeastern city of Gyeongju, which hosts the annual Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit of 21 member economies next week, with large-scale field exercises held and higher terrorism-alert levels imposed.

Up to 18,500 police officers, SWAT teams and coast guard staff as well as anti-drone jammers, armoured vehicles and helicopters will be mobilised as international leaders gather in Gyeongju, a quiet city known for its heritage tourism.
"

and at the end I noticed this gem

"Prime Minister Kim Min-seok on Friday also ordered measures to limit any discrimination or hatred towards foreigners, in the wake of recent anti-Chinese rallies in the country."

I guess the Chinese (best friends of the little dumpling of doom up north) have been flexing in the area and creating annoyance in the locals.

So well put. Little dumpling...lol.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
In general, for me, North Korea looks like a country under the oppressive influence of globalism. Like the globalist pitbull lap dog or something. I believe that is why he did not like Pompeo, but was good with talking with Trump. I guess that is kind of a good thing. Kim does not seem to be a globalist or part of the deep state. Just a radical "genuine" dictator. The good ol days 🤷‍♂️
