US President Donald Trump warned that Hamas was violating the ceasefire agreement by killing people in Gaza and that Hamas members would themselves be killed if they do not stop the killing.

Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform: "If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the Deal, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

Trump told CNN on Wednesday that Israel may resume its military operations in Gaza if Hamas fails to uphold the terms of the current ceasefire, stating Israeli forces could return to action "as soon as I say the word."

"What’s going on with Hamas - that’ll be straightened out quickly," President Trump said during a brief telephone interview with CNN.

Hamas has been failing to comply with a key provision of the ceasefire agreement, which requires the group to release both living and deceased hostages. While all 20 living hostages have been returned, only eight bodies have been handed over, and one does not belong to a hostage.

NO KIDDING! That should have been obvious from the get go and arrangements made right in the "peace deal".

These guys NEVER stop, so why would this time be different?

Praying for wisdom for Trump as I know most of you don't want the USA going in. Probably would be best if everyone backs off and lets Israel finish them off!

I think Trump's idea would be to green flag Israel into resuming their destruction of hamas and the conquest of all of gaza. It's a bad image though to think Israel should need a green light from the USA...

It's realistic.

The US still has enough clout that their "green light" allows Israel to do what is needed without too much interference from the other western powers or the muslim powers.

How many is too many? I read about the killings yesterday and thought that should negate the peace deal. I didn't post because sometimes I think maybe I'm too much of a hard..s, and should keep my mouth shut. Lining up up your political opponent and shooting them in the back of their heads is not what rational people do.

Hamas are like cockroaches, they keep the current process in place they will reneg to the cow's come home.

It's just a matter of how long they bide their time before their willing to break the deal.

I agree. And who ever called Terminix but said, oh, just do half the house?

However I have given some thought lately to how we "dehumanize" people who are enemies, it seems to be a pre-requisite to killing. Hamas does the same thing, teaching their kids Jews are sub-human.

Don't get me wrong, I agree some humans need some "wet social work"; they brought it on themselves via doing vile and unspeakable in-human acts to others.

All victims of The Enemy, from one end or the other. I find that sad.

Yeah, when you're taught from the beginning of your life that Jews aren't human and need to be slaughtered... Re-education would probably take generations...
