Trump Files $5 Billion Debanking Lawsuit Against JPMorgan & CEO Jamie Dimon

Tall Timbers

Imperfect but forgiven

The meat of the complaint appears to be fourfold…

First, the lawsuit claims that this very public debanking caused Trump and his companies reputational harm.

Second, the lawsuit claims JPMorgan Chase violated its own code of conduct.

Third, and most effectively, the suit credibly accuses JPMorgan Chase and its CEO of abusing its corporate power to “coerce the public to shift and re-align their political views.”

Finally, the suit accuses JPMorgan Chase and Dimon of publicizing the debanking in the hopes other banks would join in on this fascistic blacklist, leaving Trump with nowhere to bank.

This a very important lawsuit. I hope the judgment is at least as large as what Trump is asking for. Not everyone can afford to fight being debanked, so it's as if this lawsuit is for all of us. As we barrel on to the very end of this era, govmints will most assuredly exert more and more control, along with the large banks and corporations that will work hand in hand with these increasingly micromanaging govmints. If our public views don't align with big brother, we could be in big trouble. A successful lawsuit of this magnitude could slow that down a bit, just in the USA, at least.

Dimon was scheduled to come to an employer I worked for about 1.5 years ago and there were many demands/agreements that had to be provided by a pre-visit security team. He has a major insulation from whomever and whatever he wants to be insulated from, but that doesn't mean he is uneducated about what's happening at the lowest level of the global and US economy with struggling humanity. But, I believe his quest personally and professionally is ALWAYS about major profits and the life it provides. I saw him from a distance but stayed in the background only. He wields incredible power!

If this succeeds- it just might hopefully provide a chilling effect on international banks and their efforts to debank their clients too.

I was thinking the same thing.
