I think she's off kilter. At the bottom I'm going to explain who Prometheus is, because she's representing a group called Promethean Action. Here's what they stand for:

She's spinning the meaning of things way beyond what Carney said.
She seems to think the Brits control the world still and that Carney is their lackey in some kind of British globalism scheme. She's off in space orbiting Jupiter there. Newsflash to her, the British don't control anything much now. Not even Hong Kong, which they gave back to China in the late 90s. And while Canada IS part of the British Commonwealth, we are a separate independent country since 1867. We aren't taking orders from the Brits, even if the king is actually the monarch of Canada as well as the monarch of the British Isles.
If we think globalism is a cohesive unit, then we need to look at Davos, the WEF and Soros for funding, control etc.
Some of the power does rest in Europe. But a lot more of it comes from the States- the old money funding of the leftists, the new money from globalist tech empires of Apple, Bill Gates, Black Rock, Palantir's Peter Theil, Elon Musk and others.
If anyone is running it, it's the technocrats (the Trilateral Commission and their associates) but if anyone is controlling it, I'd look further towards the money supply a lot of which originates in the States, plus the WEF and that is a whole 'nother dive into a conspiracy wormhole. Beyond anything I want to outline here.
Carney IS a globalist. He IS tilting Canada towards the EU, China, Asia, anywhere BUT the USA and Canada IS headed towards the kind of one world govt system and money system that we see coming in the Trib. Just not with the US- that ship sailed with Trump's threats of making us the 51st State. We are full steam ahead running into the arms of Europe and implementing it's EU compliant systems.
What Carney said was aimed at the concept that the age of cooperation with trade agreements was gone. That kind of globalism is over. Trump ended it with the tariffs back in April. The fallout has been happening since. There's good and there's bad sides to that.

Globalism is alive and well. It's just international free trade agreements that are dead in the water.
The British Empire didn't send Carney to Asia, Canada did. And the subtext of what Carney was saying was that Trump was dismantling the era of free trade that we all benefited from, and that era was now dead in the water. Carney went to Asia to position Canada to be a "reliable" trade partner that wouldn't tariff it's trade partners all of a sudden one day, and would actually stick to it's agreements.
As for Trump's Asian breakthru or his domestic battles, I think that is for the American's here to parse out.
Now back to what really interested me about her.
She is an American but she is coming from a weird platform. One with Luciferian ties I suspect.
Prometheus is often used in Agnostic/Atheistic and Luciferian circles as a hero.
WHO is Prometheus and why should we be cautious of any group or person aligned with him?
He's another name for Lucifer. Luciferians who don't want to be associated with that name and it's negativity, call on Prometheus instead. Same guy really.
He is the light bringer (Lucifer the light bearer) that brings light, fire and knowledge to humanity. (the fruit of the tree in the garden- the knowledge of good and evil, boy did he bring that one)
He stole fire from the "gods" who were SUCH meanies to withhold such a precious resource. (lies from the pit) and gave fire to humanity, and that "fire" is also understood to be the knowledge that brings along civilization and technology.
He was part of a group known as the Titans (Nephilim connection there btw) and was punished by the "king of the gods" Zeus for doing what he did- stealing fire, giving light, knowledge etc to humans.
So we got Prometheus- a light bringer, who defies his boss to bring knowledge to humanity, and is punished for it. But he's the misunderstood hero, the underdog, and he's humanity's FRIEND! At least according to him and his legend.

I'm not surprised Prometheus is active right now, tech is something he apparently "gave" us. Or says he did. Funny how the age of technocracy is replacing quaint ideas like democracy.
Q'Anon showed itself to be the non Christian theistic alternative within the Right wing of America- with Shamans, a decidedly antisemitic tendency and a certain bent towards Mithras (another demonic cult). They appealed to a lot of Christians who didn't understand the roots of QAnon. They tried to sound like Christians but gave it away with some of the things they said and did.
Here comes the followers of Prometheus! Which is another Right wing alternative this time for non Christians within the MAGA movement who don't like to associate too closely with Christians.
