They call me the Candy Lady

A friend at work is raising her autistic grandson. She feels it is very important to raise him God's way, but "K" had been getting bored with the children's Bible stories.

I was thinking about him when I did my Bible study and God reminded me I had a paperback like new Daily Bible. I took it to her and she texted me later he loves it!

Update, I went to visit my Dad for a week and did insane evangelism. I came back and had to work a week straight. I have been doing day to day stuff several times a day.

Friday night I had some trouble. A man was threatening to stab me. I'll put up a link to a video summary of the encounter.

That guy has not gone away. I am still handing things out did 11 yesterday.

Video summary: at the bus stop, homeless man doesn't like me, verbal abuse, threats. God handled it. Video is just me talking at home. No bad language unless you consider "dumb$ss" bad, he did like me much but I didn't repeat the worse things he called me.

He was on my first bus last night as we5but was behaving.

Can't stop won't stop.

I did a video update, talking about daily outreach, a Cracktown Handout, outreach to employees at a business affected by a sudden brutal murder, outreach to my drivers today, and outreach to a French speaking lady in trouble on my last bus tonight.

A little under 20 minutes.

Some good news.

First, I mainly use Christian book distributors for my "dealer". Ideally I always have something on the way.

Unlike other companies they use a variety of shippers, mainly Fed Ex and USPS. My poor mailman asked me about it one day. It was a great opportunity to witness.

I was at the grocery store this morning waiting on a Uber. I had too much to take on the bus. I saw a Fed Ex guy, smiled at him, and thanked him. He asked why as I gave him a Gospel packet. I didn't say it but I felt it was safe to assume he's the regular guy for our area.

"I'm the orange house, over there" I pointed (about a mile away). "With all the Bibles"

I saw it click. He started laughing and I did, too. I thanked him again, he took his candy and left.

I don't have escrow and save to pay my property taxes. They are due in a few months. I got the school tax bill.

I opened it. $107. I spent more than that on Bibles today! I had a look and they raised the homestead exemption. I currently only have $10k taxable value, which means the rest of it will be very reasonable too.

I am a widow but have not qualified for exemptions. This is statewide not just me.

Thank you, Jesus!
