Big brother is brainwashing people which is deception, and another form of keeping track which is control.

Humanity can now use AI to collect our very words used with microphones on phones, smart TVs, smart TV remotes, OnStar in vehicles, and certainly on our PCs and tablets........and I will never be convinced that they do not have a massive database that they could use for all sorts of blackmail........let alone for proof of rebellion, etc. Evidently they cannot turn it loose widespread in the USA but there's no reason to believe it hasn't been used a lot to gain knowledge and then start investigations and attacks. AI and big brother together is a dangerous combination in todays tech world.

Or when a drought hits, will said facilities release some clouds to help?
Or when it's too wet, will some clouds be wrangled in and kept for later?

AI is not really intelligence, in the sense that human intelligence involves emotional perspective, emotional knowledge, self-awareness, abstraction, creativity, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. Those are among the qualities that make us human. AI lacks some of those things entirely, and only approximates others.

AI can make us think that it can think as we do because it has access to an unbelievable store of knowledge and an incredible speed of retrieval of that knowledge. Almost with the speed of light (certainly at the quantum level) it has the capacity to assess...
