At the risk of exposing myself as the only one who hasn't a clue about what you're talking about... What is this App and what website is it connected to?

When I touch what is known in the website -designing world as the HAMBURGER button, at the bottom of the options it says “install the app.”
On this website
I use the mobile app more than the website because I am always on the go and my smartphone is right there in my pocket. I have found a mid-tower, keyboard, mouse, speakers and twin 32" monitors just a little too cumbersome to carry with me.

It's clear to me now that while Mattfivefour gave me a hat to wear that he quietly put some restrictions on my account to help keep me out of trouble. I can't find "install the app" anywhere...
I watched the movie "Multiplicity" last night. The last clone was a few bricks short of a full load and could tend to get in trouble, not unlike myself.

I just ran to my computer and cannot find a hamburger button there anywhere. And the button on my phone does not give me any download app option.Maybe that’s because you already have the app.

I was going to ask our tech whiz TT what's up. But reading this thread I don't think that is going to help in this specific case. 
There's no "install the app" option on the hamburger button that does appear on my phone but not on the laptop.
I think this is a good time for my nap. If anyone is having trouble with "the App", first make sure there's power to the device, ensure the device is turned on, and then do a factory reset... The problem will go away...
