The Supreme Court declined Wednesday to let Florida enforce a state law criminalizing illegal immigration.

The unsigned order included no reasons or noted dissents.

The state asked the Supreme Court in June to halt a district court judge’s injunction preventing the law from taking effect.

Isn't there room for appeal on the grounds that no reasons or dissents were given therefore proof it wasn't properly considered? Hol you know a lot more about USA law than I do so why was the Supreme Court able to do that????

It seems that SCOTUS wants the debate to play out in District courts. It’s ridiculous for them to side with claiming that illegal immigration is criminal! But, we have many lower courts ruling that ‘due process’ is a right. We need to define ‘due process’ for illegals. There are very differing levels of due process, from Miranda Rights a quick explanation: (establishing the principle that all criminal suspects must be advised of their rights before interrogation. Now considered standard police procedure, “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can, and will, be used against you in court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you,” has been heard so many times in television and film dramas that it has become almost cliche.)

Yet lower liberal courts are claiming that if an illegal alien is on US soil, they have full Miranda rights, or deserve a day in court. But, illegals are not citizens and their only due process is to explain to an immigration court if they qualify as refugees.

State laws would have come in handy when the previous administration was flying illegals in and dropping them off all over the country.

Obviously, state laws regarding illegals are a mute point during the current administration, but who knows what the next administration will be doing with regards to illegals.

If we deport 30,000 illegals a month it would take around 70 years to finish the job. We'll likely be well into the Millennium before then, but in the meantime, we'd need to have an America First President for the next 70 years.

I came across an article that gives me a good guess as to why this was probably being done.

While America's heart of compassion was being manipulated with bleeding heart stories as supposed good reasons through the media propaganda, I believe the real reason this was being foisted on America had to do with in essence creating an unethical (and probably unconstitutional) means to gain electoral college votes for the Democratic Party. So, what's happened is representation of U.S. Citizens has been undermined greatly, in several states and with presidential elections.

Through the census, which counted illegals, this suddenly gave Democrats more representation power seats locally, state and congressional. These same districts are often devoid of any actual U.S. citizens (think California). This cemented Democratic power. Instead, we've got a situation that's for the foreigners and by a power hungry 'leadership'. As I see it, immigration, the generosity of the American heart and civil rights were weaponized towards this end.

I'm guessing illegals were strategically flown into parts of America where the Democratic party wanted to try and flip representation to their advantage via census counting. This is why they are desperate with a capital D, to fight the removal of such a lucrative situation through the deportation of illegals that's now being enacted. Their power source is slipping away and....desperate people do desperate things.

I'm also guessing that there are many voting Democrats who really haven't picked up on this, they've been distracted by the bleeding heart stories that came about in the first place from the major open borders. I hear this from good people in my life all the time. The bleeding heart stories are kept in the forefront of their attention (look here, not here), it's a sleight of hand:

My own thought is that the primary reason was even more nefarious: To destroy the fabric of American society. Yes, the deep state/globalists have used the illegal aliens and treated them as if they were citizens in counting them in the census and using them illegally for fraudulent election purposes, but I think that is just an additional benefit for America's enemies, the primary purpose being the destroy the fabric of American society. To that end the full acceptance of all the sexual deviancies, the horrific attacks on our children by encouraging them to identify themselves as something they are not and to perform life altering surgeries upon them to try and reflect those lies. The indoctrination by media and the govmint both worked to destroy our social fabric.

The attempt to destroy our social fabric has multiple fronts, the illegal alien invasion being only one of them. The same was/is occurring in much of Europe and in some countries the battle may well have been won and is now irreversible.

As the US stands now it appears that the enemy has been successful with 25-35% of the population. That slice of humanity is so far gone in their lunacy that they probably can never be recovered. Yet, America is not yet lost. The majority still has hope. God gave us a President who would work hard to try and right things. Meanwhile deep state/globalists are doing everything in their power to slow down/stop every good thing the President is trying to do on America's behalf.
