Supreme Court Approves DOGE Access To Social Security Data

The Supreme Court gave the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) the greenlight to access Social Security Administration (SSA) data on Friday.

The Trump administration asked the justices in May to pause a district court judge’s preliminary injunction preventing the SSA DOGE team from accessing certain records.

It struck me as a positive decision, sadly because deep down I think the bad guys already have all of that.

Hopefully DOGE can root out non citizens who were illegally issued a SSN.

This could be used as a precedent to gain access other agency files. DoD, ATF, TSA . . .

The Chief Executive should have full access to all of the agencies that the Executive Branch oversees/is responsible for. DOGE is working on behalf of the President. I really don't see an issue. I think the push back by the courts and demonrats is only because our current Chief Executive is not a globalist and is trying to cut out the massive theft of public funds, a lot of it which is ending up in the bank accounts of elected officials.

The Chief Executive is also in charge of law enforcement so should be able to get access to and investigate and prosecute any and all violations of the law originating from anyone or any agency belonging to the other two branches of govmint.

It would be LOVELY if DOGE continues to cut govt spending in ways that impact illegals. I'm all for that!
