Our highways are really not safe, we have a serious problem with people driving huge commercial trucks that shouldn’t be allowed to drive at all. This problem really bothers me. A little girl near me recently lost her life to one of these people who shouldn’t be allowed to drive. Every day people are dying and being injured. I want this to stop!

Praying this problem get’s fixed soon and those injured are healed.

It's insane that he keeps driving at a high speed, the wrong way, with people driving straight at him.

Must have been one of those, who got his DL illegally.
Everyone getting a MN DL for the first time has to pass the road sign test. The road signs are pretty universal, so it doesn't matter which language someone takes the written and road sign test. A stop sign means stop in English, Spanish, Russian, Somali, Arabic, Lao, Ukranian, Sanskrit, etc., etc., etc.

Trucking companies are supposed to background/have backgrounded their employees. But the owners of the companies don't have to be, unless they also drive.
