SCOTUS hands Biden big win on immigration

The Supreme Court gave the Biden administration a major win on Friday, by ruling that GOP-led states cannot challenge a policy which narrows federal immigration enforcement.

But the ruling says that the reason the states were turned down was that their attempt to use SCOTUS to overrule the Executive Branch was novel. The ruling pointed out that the proper channel would be to appeal to Congress to do that.
