Russian woman beaten in viral Cincinnati brawl returns home as attacker’s family claims her race is driving national outrage

The woman viciously pummeled in a viral Cincinnati brawl has returned home to Russia — as relatives of one of the attackers claim the brutal beatdown is only drawing national outrage because the victim is white, according to reports.

The female victim — identified as Holly by a US senator from Ohio — was left with a gruesome black eye, busted lip, and bruises covering her face and neck after being knocked out during the horrifying melee that erupted in the city’s downtown early Saturday, shocking footage and photos showed.

The viral footage showed what appeared to be Holly getting sucker-punched and knocked out cold, with blood pouring from her mouth as she lay defenseless on the ground after trying to intervene to help someone during the heinous rumble.

More questions than answers. Why was she there in the middle of the night? that generally doesn't lead to anything good. If it's a predominately black area and she's white, why go there especially at night when all the nightcrawlers and downtown Vikings come out to party?

Yes it may be race based but it seems there was a certain lack of common sense here.

Maybe she's fresh off the boat and fell off the turnip wagon in the middle of town, but even Russians know how to avoid their own trouble zones. I find it hard to believe that she was that naive.
