Is E4 about as far as one goes when just completing an initial enlistment period?
In politics, aligning against someone and then later being best buddies isn't unusual, so that doesn't bother me over much.
If Haley gets it, I'm going to get a set of earplugs to put in just for her. I'll turn off subtitles, too.

Some can make E5 on first enlistment, depends on the job field. Vance was working in Public Affairs. Judging by his timeline for serving, we were both on Camp Lejeune at the same time.

It wont be so smooth for Biden when their convention opens next month - unless he drops out before and that is not looking likely.

I didn't get to watch all of it so don't know for sure, but J.D. Vance was introduced as the running V.P. They are showing a repeat of the show now.
Sen Vance seems like a good pick, I did not add him on my list because he is only 39, and very limited time as an elected official.

I was really pleased to see Gavin find out that in the state of California Trump got all 169 delegates, and Texas is close all 161 delegates. I wonder what Biden's will look like compared to Trump next month.
