Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green resigns her seat

From the article.

"Americans are used by the Political Industrial Complex of both political parties, election cycle after election cycle, in order to elect whichever side can convince Americans to hate the other side more," Greene wrote. "And the results are always the same — nothing ever gets better for the common American man or woman."

She is 100% correct. We need more people like this. I believe Tim Burchett from TN is of the same mold. If we could ever vote enough of them out of office maybe things could change.

Does she vote with Rand Paul?

She was die hard MAGA but in the camp that thinks the President's total focus should be on the USA. The thing is, you've got to cut deals with other countries that will benefit the USA because no country operates in a vacuum. I guess she was getting upset about all the stuff Trump is doing with other countries, especially Israel, and she finally had had enough. I respect her for being honest about it but I think she is foolish to resign her seat. Anyone who runs for office and wins should at least complete the time they were elected for.

Even with the wars that Trump is trying to end, he's endeavoring to do it in such a way that there is a benefit to the USA.

I dislike how Trump verbally bullies/trashes people when there is a falling out with him, but Trump is Trump.

This is both a surprise and expected. I imagine the puppet masters are busy at work and she was caught in between. Her most important negative was crossing Trump, but it's quite possible other forces were at work from the left or the far non-MAGA right. I do think Trump was absolutely on target that she was not going to win a reelection. Not sure why a resignation in early Jan was needed. Why not just go through with the term and TCB whatever floats your boat, helps Georgia and the USA, etc.?

I think Trump was referring to her attempting to run for a Senate seat and not winning. She won by 29 points last election and should be able to hold on to that seat. She wanted to run for the Senate but Trump has another candidate in mind (not sure who) and told her he would not support her if she ran. I thought she would have had an good chance, but there may be things we don't know about. The whole Washington DC group is a complete mess.

Yes, just as I surmised, she was in cahoots with Rep. Rand Paul
Actually it was with Rep Thomas Massie, a supposed Republican from Kentucky, whom some refer to as Rand Paul Junior due to the way he votes. Over his entire legislative history he has voted with the Democrats about 20% of the time. In this latest session, he has voted with them more than 25% of the time
