Rep. Ilhan Omar removed from Foreign Affairs Committee

This happened 2 years ago.The vote to expel Ilhan Omar was Republican 218 - Democratic 211, she lost her committee and should lose her citizenship.

Didn't recall it was from 2 years ago but it does seem familiar. Regardless, her constituency are lemmings and domestic enemy supporting idiots. She needs to be held to account and if due process allows for her to be dumped from Congress, then so be it. But the constituency will return to their own vomit.

Not all of her constituents voted for her, but they're stuck with her until recalled, defeated in an election, or retires.
Her opponent did pretty well in the election, especially considering how deep, dark blue Minnesota is, particularly the large cities/Metro.
Many are seriously disgusted and angry.
IDK what happened to the recall petition. I couldn't sign or take the petition around, as I don't live in her district, so I lost track.

I'm surprised she is still in office. To be honest, i wasn't even sure. But i think that occurred in light of the red wave that did not happen 2 years ago. Its nice we don't hear as much from her. Although she did spice things up quite a bit. Soft on the eyes. Yet, will be interesting to see how her future goes. In any event, it was a good reminder. Yeah someone on the X thread said, "this happened two years ago" too. Lol.
