Quote of the Day

Elisabeth Elliot ~" If you dwell on your own feelings about things rather than dwelling on the faithfulness, the love, and the mercy of God, then you're likely to have a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Our feelings are very fleeting and ephemeral, aren't they? We can't depend on them for five minutes at a time. But dwelling on the love, faithfulness, and mercy of God is always safe."

"The more time you spend with Truth
The harder it is to believe lies"

Stay in The Word!

"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Hebrews 4:12

Before they died.....

Muhammad said:
I dont know the purpose of life

Buddha said:
Seek for truth

Confucius said:
I'm not the way

But Jesus said:
I Am The Way, The Truth And The Life.
No one comes to The Father except through Me

Jesus is The Only One Who rose from The dead.
The other three are still in the grave.

“When GOD wanted to create fish, HE spoke to the sea.

When GOD wanted to create trees, HE spoke to the earth.

But, when GOD wanted to create man, HE turned to himself.

Then, GOD said “Let us make man in our image and in our likeness.”

If you take a fish out of water, it will die;

And when you remove a tree from soil, it will also die.

Likewise, when man is disconnected from GOD, he dies.

GOD is our natural environment.

We were created to live in God’s presence.

We have to be connected to God because it is only in God that life exists.

Let us stay connected to GOD.”

Once a man was asked,
"What did you gain by regularly praying to God?"

The man replied,
"Nothing....but let me tell you what I lost:
Anger, ego, greed, depression, Insecurity, and fear of death."

Sometimes, the answer to our prayers is not gaining, but losing, which is ultimately gaining.

Amen!

Worry is a conversation you have with yourself about things you cannot change.

Prayer is a conversation you have with God about things He Can Change

Amen!

Here’s a tip I heard on the radio: Make two columns and on one side list your worries, or ‘what ifs :fear:‘.

On the other side duplicate your worries with this preceding phrase, ‘Even if…’ :blessed:
