This is rather longer than a short quote but it spoke to me today.

It took God one night to get Israel out of Egypt; but 40 years to get Egypt out of Israel.

And so it is with us. Because of the Cross, it only takes a split second for God to get us out of sin; but it seems a lifetime to get sin out of us.

How wonderful will our sinless, glorified, bodies be!

So few churches have kneelers, and even there, so few (who can) make use of them.

Along with the discarding of the traditional liturgical services, traditional hymns, and traditional church architecture, has been the discarding of traditional worship practices and traditional art/accoutrements, which teach and remind us of Who God is and who we are :cry:

No idea if a disappointed Christian DFL (Minnesota's deep dark blue), a conservative Christian taking aim at the PC/woke stuff (magnet state for all of it), a Christian of any type trying to be concilliatory (at least to other Christians), a Christian doing his or her part in The Great Commission, or some combination.
