Prophetic Implications of DJT's Reelection?

Matthew6:33

Set your face like flint - Isaiah 50:7
I have been thinking about this for a while now. Frankly, it kind of caught me off guard that it would happen. I think many prophecy teachers and watchers are surprised.

Isaiah 55:8-11 KJV
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

The most obvious implication is that relations with Israel will improve tremendously, which is a big deal for the US.

Thoughts?

When a woman goes into labor, I don't believe the birth pangs slow down. They don't stop until the baby is born. I don't think the march to Tribulation will slow down with Trump in office. They'll just take a different path than when the demonrats held power.

Take currency for example. Trump has shown support for crypto currency and isn't the Fed developing a cryptocurrency for the USA? I imagine that that could be implemented while Trump is in office. It seems like a good thing on the surface but we know that it won't be, that it'll be used for micromanaging purchases by big brother, and ultimately the time will come when if a person doesn't receive the Mark, then they won't be able to buy or sell. That's not a concern for the Body of Christ, it's just where the world is headed, and the world will get there.

Trump's support of Israel may facilitate an end to the current aggression against Israel and allow Israel, for a time, to live in relative peace and security, until Eze 38 comes down the pike.

While prophetically speaking I don't think things will slow, I do believe things may get a little better in the USA. We may get a short reprieve, if you will.

That's such a relief and answer to prayers.

My thoughts are that this past four years has opened many agnostics/atheists to the possibility that spiritual evil does exist. Also, many of us Christians who tend to become lukewarm have had a wakeup call.

If we recall Trump's first term - most of it before the fiasco of 2020 and all that entailed, there was a very real sense of the timing of things speeding up.

I recall discussions (another board, another time) where we talked about the rapid changes in the economy, (for the better at least in the US and all it touched) all while the Klaus Schwab types were meeting in Davos and in the back rooms of the International Monetary Fund trying to crash the world economy. Nothing took, because- Trump!

Wars ground to a halt under Trump. Iran, Russia, China and North Korea all had to cool their jets.

There was the ongoing soap opera surrounding the Trump Peace Deal being brokered by his son in law Jared Kushner.

Every time Trump got a little ahead, and it looked like it was going to come out, there was elections in Israel, or drama surrounding Netanyahu that PREVENTED that peace deal from being out in the light of day.

I remember watching as Macron tried to hurry Trump along by threatening to intervene with HIS own deal (he was talking with Lebanon at the time, no friend of Israel that one).

First Macron got bogged down with the Yellow Vest riots in Paris and across French highways in the winter of 2018-2019, then when that settled down later that spring of 2019 Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris burnt down under somewhat suspicious circumstances.

He quit meddling for a time, and Trump still had trouble due to the Israeli elections and politics with Netanyah.

God was both holding something back in my opinion, and allowing things to speed ahead in other ways. I kept looking at it all and thinking that the Restrainer was restraining that peace deal because no human could have engineered all these delays.

During that time I was alarmed as more and more Q Anon types seemed to be gaining ground around Trump. They kept falsely announcing this or that court case for Hilary Clinton or others. Pizza Gate happened and the Left took every opportunity that Q Anon gave them.

I'm of the opinion that QAnon was nothing more or less than a solid leftist operation by what could be called the Deep State. It played on Conservative Republicans fears and pandered to their hopes making the Right look foolish.

Then Jan of 2020 hit. The day that Covid took off was the same day the Peace Deal was announced. It was shortly shelved, in favour of the Abraham Accords.

Time and time again people that Trump had placed in power proved false. QAnon continued to make Trump and his team look bad. It's hard to explain now looking back, but QAnon was very actively setting up the Capitol situation of Jan 6th of 2021 and the stuff before it.

At every turn Trump was dealing with revolts within his party, outright betrayal within his team, his advisors etc.

The left had a permanent melt down from the moment he was voted in.

It wasn't a particularly easy presidential term.

But prophetically it was moving ahead at light speed.

The Golan Heights- that was a BIG deal.

Jerusalem and the Embassy, another HUGE UNPRECEDENTED DEAL.

Both of those meant that Israel was somewhat protected legally by ownership of the Golan (just under Syria, just beside Lebanon) from being attacked from the high ground of the Golan Heights. And Jerusalem was the undisputed capitol of Israel finally!!!

I expect his next term to be every bit as eventful and carry us forward toward Biblical fulfillment in ever greater speed from our point of view.

Something that I noticed, and I'm concerned with is the pressure on Israel from a friend, is harder to resist than from an enemy. Trump means well but dividing the land under his Peace Deal was still dividing the land.

This here is why I am feeling so ambivalent right now. For Trump supporters, the consensus mood is pure Glee!. Economists on the news keep saying that we are about to enter “the golden years”. Trump and his transition team are now pumping out announcements of appointments as they form the “dream team” (as named on the news). There is so much celebration about the Trump Trifecta win (presidency, senate and now the house is projected with certainty for Trump)

I am feeling unsettled, not able to fully enjoy the celebration. I can feel the Holy Spirit guiding me to hold a different perspective. Plus the dramatically over the top odd behavior portrayed by Harris Supporters of doom and gloom. “Life is over”. They are acting like cult religion followers that had their religion stomped on.

I know we should see this as exciting times because the signs are accelerating. I am actually just feeling a little scared now (?) because I really see it about to all happen.

Does everyone feel excited yet scared like “whoah! This is really it” ? I feel like I am wearing entirely different glasses than others when I should feel happy too. It is kind of a “scared” feeling which I shouldn’t be feeling .

I was thinking of that same verse while I was reading your post. Many have speculated good times before the rapture, perhaps even great prosperity. Usually that viewpoint got shot down. I however still remain neutral in my stance on it.

Satan can work in the darkness where he does not need to hide but he also is very effective as an angel of light cloaked in deception.

Admittedly, most of what I got out of the win wasn't a slowing or speeding up. May happen is, may happen ain't. But I was just glad to watch the Left melt and see that they weren't as great in number and power as they thought. After watching the slews of doe-eyed celebs, Taylor Swift, Destiny, David Pakman, TikTokers, IRI, late night funnymen, academia, milksops, and being cackled at by Kamala Harris and stared weirdly at by Tim Walz, I was happy to watch them get absolutely floored. I don't like seeing enemies win the fight, not even a small one, even though I know better, ultimately. But I got a satisfaction of something that looks like this: 🫵 😂 .

That lasted about two days, maybe three. Now, I'm back to doing what I do and watching God work His hands.

Those working on establishing a sovereign world govmint over the nations are not going to go away and we Bible students know that there is going to be a world govmint in the end times and most of us suspect we're at the door to those last years prior to the Millennium. Therefore, when the dust settles, the globalists will have their way for a time.

I'm glad that Trump won but I don't get too excited about things, probably because I live one day at a time and try not to borrow trouble. Out there in social media land I was asked a couple of times if I was a Trump fan. My response was that I didn't personally know him. I voted and will vote for him... but that's about the extent of it.

Trump will likely see some success but probably won't be able to accomplish everything he would like to. If we become energy independent again and if many EPA rules are rolled back or eliminated that will boost the economy and work to slow inflation. Even so, I think most Americans will continue to struggle economically. Things will just be a little better.

He may actually get his wall this time and if he is able to deport the worst of the millions who have been invited into our country by our enemies, that will be a great accomplishment. Will he remove 20 million illegals from the country? Probably not but I wish him well.

There will be a lot of pushback from powers who will oppose much of what Trump wants to accomplish. I'm not holding my breath but am thankful to have a President working for us citizens for a time.

I hope that Trump won't try and divide Israel but it is sort of looking that way. That would be disastrous for the USA.

I reckon the ideal scenario for the Church is we get Raptured soonest. It would be a win win. We'd be out of this evil world and this evil world will be happy to be rid of us.

Ultimately, my perspective is that God has given us a reprieve here in America. Not for our comfort, but for His purposes. We Christians who cried out for deliverance from the evil that was sweeping our land made promises to Him. We said we wanted the freedom to worship, to see justice and righteousness once again in our land, and to share His good news. Then let us not be like Israel who cried in their distress to God, who repeatedly delivered them; but each time they continued to ignore Him and go their own ways (cf Palm 106). Let us, therefore, use this opportunity to share the gospel boldly and to publicly stand against sin in our society ... regardless the cost to us. I truly believe this is our last chance. And the last chance for this nation ... and this world. For next comes the Rapture, and then a literal hell on Earth.

You'll find several threads where some of us experience a sense of dread with what lies ahead.

It's in this context:

As far as God placing Trump in the WH, it is a reprieve. Some Christians may take that too far and place their hopes in him or become lethargic. Others Christians are not relieved with this outcome and would prefer to continue to enjoy rehashing all of the reasons Christians should not support Trump.

Either way, it's understandable.

This is where I land (and when I dread what those left behind will be exposed to, I pray).

We know that prophecy will play out in Gods perfect timing. Hopefully, Trump will be our last President, and we will be going home soon. :rapture: It is great that Trump has been re-elected, but there is no place like home-heaven. This world is not our home we are just passing through. We are in the world not of it.

Hmmmmmm…..coincidence……just saying…..

1 Corinthians 15:52

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Some think there is no way, but given our God I think it's possible that he has a guy with the name of Trump running a powerful nation when the Rapture occurs. I wouldn't put it past our God to manage something like that.

I believe that the reprieve was given by God in response to all our prayers for America against the leftists, mine included. I admit that I believed that if Harris had won, it would have been a sign that He was done with our country…I mean look at all the woke baloney that the left brought us and how many disrespect any kind of morality, let alone belief in Christ, even those who believe that there is no God, have gotten quite loud. We are still definitely the minority! Most importantly, It’s also a chance for people to stop trusting in what mankind can do, and to start relying on what God can do/and does for those who call on Him and who accept His Son, Jesus Christ, as Lord and Savior. Given that, we still have work to do!

But here’s the rub….many will only see this as mankind’s choice in an election, not the work and will of God, as believers see the election results. They will only see this as man’s work and although our lives will be greatly improved, short of deporting the illegal aliens, returning the US to self sufficiency in oil and gas (plus all the jobs created by this) along with all the other things that President Trump is planning, I’m not sure how much more can be accomplished.

I agree with those who’ve stated that that the signs that the Bible gives us regarding the birth pains aren’t going away, just slowing down a little, because there are too many world leaders who’ve had their sights set on a one -world way for too long to stop. Greed does that to those who don’t know the Lord and who love this world. Look at the Pope….I don’t think he’s given up his desire to head a one world religion. I think that they’ve been caught off guard and are going to regroup as soon as they can.

Amen.
Maybe if we click our heels three times...
Works for me!!!!

I'm done down here. I'm tired of the joint. I wanna go home. I need more coffee. That helps my tolerance level.
Or maybe we'll be gone before the inauguration date.
That works too!

Told my daughter I was done with the nonsense down here, ready for the Rapture, time to go etc and she pointed out she and her hubby wanted to take their girls to Hawaii to see the volcanoes (they're going to somewhere near Hilo) and snorkel.) She said anytime after that mum....

I know, I've got unsaved family and friends but some days.....
