Pope Leo XIV addressed bishops at the United Nations’ COP30 climate alarmism summit on Monday, lamenting not enough political leaders follow the Paris climate agreement and demanding more “political will” to stop alleged climate change.

Pope Leo offered remote remarks to bishops in the host city of Belém, Brazil, representing the Catholic church at COP30. The event, formally titled the “Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)”, occurs annually to bring together environmental activists, world leaders, and, increasingly, fossil fuel lobbyists to discuss global regulations on carbon emissions and other climate issues.

The most recent editions of the summit have become chaotic as far-left “green” activists demand the participating nations donate increasingly large amounts to the climate doom cause and vy for attention against representatives of key fossil fuel exporting countries and private companies.

I think (IMHO) that the climate is being manipulated by cloud seeding and other methods to force the climate agenda. Unless the public sees actual results of climate change the thought process will not change. The more floods and draughts occur the more the idea of climate change will seem real. My property has seen more damage from floods in the last 15 years than in the past 200 years, or more. That is a fact. So the weather is changing on it's own or by manipulation. Since it is also a fact that agencies are using cloud seeding and other methods to affect weather that is the most likely explanation.

Thanks Hol, my laugh of the day. Poor Pope. He's so last year! Climate change is finally on the down trend in important social causes. Those political leaders have left him behind as they gallop forward to help out the poor Gazans and meddle in Israel. Even Greta Thunberg's had to change her tune or be left behind.

An example of how far back cloud seeding and weather manipulation has been done, I was watching an episode of the original Batman, and the caped crusader used a lightning strike created by cloud seeding to foil the Riddler's evil plans.

The show aired for three years, 1966, 1967, 1968. That show was one of the greatest, combining comedy, technology, and crime fighting with a emphasis on morality and citizenship. Slapstick with satire, fun for the whole family. It was a must watch show for my family growing up. You can watch it on the Heroes and Icons channel Saturday and Sunday mornings, and after Svengoolie Saturday night.

Yes, I've been aware of cloud seeding for most of my life. It's just lately that it suddenly went into hush hush conspiracy theory land. That is completely idiotic, because it's been around starting in the 40s if I remember correctly.

I suspect the whole conspiracy label happened because of advancements in the techniques and consequent potential lawsuits for those involved in cloud seeding when catastrophic weather ensues. Because scientific progress goes in fits and starts with a lot of experimental failures and OOOPSIES along the way.

As Calvin and Hobbes put it "Scientific Progress goes BOINK!" And it sure can and does. The history books are full of the disastrous results of "trusting the science".

My question would be: Why are they not cloud seeding in the areas and countries that are almost always in drought circumstances?
Also,, I am aware that in Genesis, God gave Adam the order to care for His Creation.........the world and everything in it. So, to me, yes
mankind is responsible to not harm the earth and it's inhabitants - humans and animals and plant-life. Boy, have we failed over the centuries!
For our own sakes, as well as to obey God in this, we SHOULD be making the changes to correct the damage as much as we are able.

Actually they do. They try to provoke rain, and sometimes as it did about a year or so back it provokes a record flood. April 16th of 24 in Dubai happened shortly after some cloud seeding had been done in Saudi Arabia.

True, but Saudi Arabia is a very, very rich country. They can afford to do seeding, etc. I was referring more to the poor countries in Africa and such,
who seem to be having drought issues all the time.
