I find it odd that there is an emergency exercise happening October 4 and there will be an alert system activity that day.
This disaster exercise for September 14 isn't getting much coverage but the way it is being circulated that there's a high risk for a major cyber attack or like an EMP grid outage attack coming, I'm curious whether that's what this exercise is about.
It's a concern that those in power are bent on control and the more chaos exists the more push for their New world order.

Earth X is a science entity that monitors global disasters and has nations that are members and rely on Earth X data to determine possible impending global disasters as the article mentioned a few they monitor.
What caught my attention is this exercise that is planned and it's interesting that October 4 is a nation wide exercise for possible disaster alerts.
Recently the WHO and WEF have been warning that the next crisis may be a global Cyber attack or EMP attack by an adversary to take down our grid and communications system.
There isn't much reporting being done about this September 14 exercise that multiple nations are participating in.
Power is supposed to go out for an hour at 11:00 AM EST on September 14 as they perform this exercise for possible global disaster.
These corresponding exercises along with the warnings being reported about the grid outage or Cyber attack, makes me suspicious of a false flag possibility for self inflicted crisis as it has been already proven with the Plandemic for an excuse for lockdowns.
It caught interest. It doesn't mean it means anything concrete but just interesting two disaster exercises back to back

IMO, nothing nefarious is happening. There are multiple disaster planning exercises by many groups in most years. To me, this is no different than the military doing training exercises for “what if” scenarios.

It may not be anything but as I explained it is not usual for there to be two similar exercises like this back to back.
I am suspicious of anything that appears out of the norm.
After being lied to for the past three years about things we were told we're conspiracy theories and turn out to be true, I'm just watchful and as God's Word tells us, trust no man, trust only The Lord.
There's no doubt we are seeing things that just a few years ago we would have not thought we would be here to see. And it's going to get worse and should The Lord tarry we ought to be watchmen and not be caught blindsided by anything.
No one has to watch and be wary of they choose not to but I watch and I warn when something doesn't look right.
I'm skeptical of anything these days because as I said, we have been lied to so much, and I don't trust anyone or anything outside of The remnant church.

Its great that we all desire to be watchmen, but I think there are many items/events we all seem to talk about that are nothing of concern. If one looks hard enough at most any event, they might be tempted to force/jam that piece to fit into the end times prophetic puzzle.

I follow this YT channel and I am posting this video just because it explains in more detail what this "Black Sky" is all about.
The poster of the video goes by Monkey Werx. He's a believer and has been a guest on several other channels by prophecy update posters like Tom Hughes and James Kaddis and such.
I give Monkey a lot of credit for his knowledge because he served in the military in the DARPA Sector of the military as a special forces air pilot and other things in intelligence for DOD.

The channel he has is called
Monkey Werx US. What he does is through a special system he has, he can monitor flights across the world and with his knowledge of types of aircraft and by experience knowing the purposes of specific aircraft and their patterns of what they carry and what type of landing places they stop at and why, like if they would be fueling or dropping off supplies and such.

He even has the schedules for Air force One and Air force two for the President and VP.
He's good. Anyone who's been in the military, " Tall Timbers and Andy C", you would understand his military verbage lol.

But I wanted to post this video specifically because he addresses the OP on Black Sky and what it entails. Very interesting stuff.
By the way, Monkey uses the nickname "Flash bang" for Biden.
