Those "malfunctions" seem to occur whenever Israel's enemies go against her. All kinds of things happen, not all of which are easily explained. Except if you know the Bible well enough.
I guess the power grid going out in Syria is one of life's little mysteries for the Syrian "govt" or whatever we call al Jobani's coup.
