Macrons File Defamation Suit Against Candace Owens over Brigitte Transgender Claims

Poor Brigitte…like I said I am no fan but as a human being and as a woman this is so disgusting that she has to go through this humiliation. Photos and DNA test. I can not imagine how hurtful this is.
I have no sympathy for Brigitte who: had a sexual affair with Macron when he was a minor, she was his teacher, and she was married.

She is a pedophile and disgusting.

I don’t believe Candace would back down even if Brigitte proved she was a woman with lab work. She would probably find another theory to spin how the results were fabricated. Candace would have to draw Brigitte’s blood herself and run the labs and even then I can’t imagine her publicly apologizing for defamation if the results showed she was wrong. I would like to be wrong.

I hope Candace and the Macron’s find Jesus before it’s too late for them.

Ok, to each his own.
I am thankful that the Lord Jesus Christ had and continues to have compassion on me.
Me, too. Sometimes we concern ourselves too much with other people on their behavior and gloss over our own.

Incidentally, in 1993 when Brigitte allegedly began a sexual affair with the then 15-year-old Emmanuel Macron, it was not against French law. It only became a crime if the sexual contact with someone 15 or under involved violence, threat, or coercion (which prosecutor has to prove.) Apparently Emmanuel was a very willing participant. So, technically, Brigitte Macron was not a pedophile. Nor would she be today under France' new law that was enacted in 2021, because it kept the age of consent at 15. What it changed was that any sexual contact with someone under that age is now criminal. There are no exceptions and prosecutors no longer have to prove violence, threat or coercion.

With a due respect pastor, but a minor being a “willing participant” sounds disturbing when that is what pedophiles say all of the time to justify what they do.

I understand. But different cultures have different values and different understandings of life. For example, the entire idea of there being a societal class known as teenagers, a separate adolescent category between childhood and adulthood was a product of the later years of the Enlightenment that occurred beginning in the late eighteen hundreds and lasting until the period immediately following the second world war. Prior to this change in the ideas of Western society, you were either a child or an adult. By 13 or 14 you were considered a man or a woman and took on those responsibilities. I'm not arguing that this was correct, only that it was fact for centuries, indeed thousands of years. Even in early America, by mid-teens people were full adults in responsibilities, expectations and requirements of them. We have moved past that; other societieshave not. And so in a society where family structures have broken down, we have people between the ages of 13 and 18 who we consider as children but who are committing adult crimes. According to the way most people interpret Scripture, these young people have passed the age of accountability; they are held fully responsible by God for their actions. Yet we view them as children who are incapable of true appreciation of the complexities and consequences of life and lack the full ability to control their own behavior. Now, it is true that most Western teens are indeed incapable. But I submit that is not due to physiological fact but to societal conditions. As a society we decided over the period from perhaps 1875 to 1950 that these immature adults were not truly adults but children. And rather than educating them and treating them as adults, we created an artificial grouping of people in adult bodies but whom we regard and treat as children.

And considering that, at a societal level, family structure has by and large broken down, it is perhaps good that we do this because adolescents no longer have the family structure that guided and protected them. But when we see the level of crime among people in their mid to late teens, I think we as a society need to find a way to change our views of their capabilities and not give them a pass just "because they're just kids."

Anyway, I've gotten off the original topic. To be clear regarding the original subject-- my view is that in our society we need to protect adolescent girls and boys as (due to the way we regard and raise them) they are typically not inculcated with the values or imbued with the internal and external protections that existed in previous societies. Indeed, I believe Christ would have us protect ALL of our young people from adults who would take advantage of them. And to be honest I believe we should in fact to do that for ALL of the vulnerable in our society, because that indeed is what Scripture teaches. We should be providing for and protecting all widows, orphans, sick, helpless and marginalized. If we truly love as Christ loved, we would work to ensure our society truly did that as best we can ... until Jesus comes to create His perfect society on earth.

Cheeky, I'd like to just share something in relation to this whole thing that I would just like as an alt consideration. I chose to post here in respect to your comments because at its grassroots level, I would have similar concerns with Bridgett as you. Somewhat from a different angle. But in appreciation of your gut level honest heart perspective, I would hope this might be somewhat along the path as relatively helpful in general in an overall sense.

THE POTENTIAL ARTICAL/THREAD RELATABLE TAKEAWAY -- Despite the media hype, might Bridgett fit somewhere into eschatology...lol...said no one ever...until today :)

MY CONCERN WITH BRIDGETT
My concerns with the Macrons is their connection to highly influential globalist policy (central banking). In that way, Candace does seem somewhat primed in the taking on of certain pet agendas. The two most noted as obnoxious would be Israel and Bridgett. For me, I tend to look for what socio-political trends get most unique traction (for example, Trump, certainly being one of the them). Those that get the highest traction, in my estimation, would amount to legitimate social artifacts by which when compared and shared tell a certain story together.

THE POTENTIAL VALUE OF STORY
For example, Israeli interest in Abraham Accords economic nutralizations in the Middle East toward Israel, for me, tells a sort of ciacature story of its own. In ways it would seem to imply a reflourishing storyboard graphic of Ishmael & Issac. But like in a sort of "general revelation" (not special revelation like the bible) way. One where Muslim's could be reunited to their origin story in contrast to Israel. Which on its surface could imply a providential interest of God in end times in reminding Muslims of their roots. And by that introduce very low level talking points to the Arab world (speaking with them in their own language, as it were) that the God of Abraham is moving uniquely in the world today. And provide opportunity to reconsider their origin story. I don't think this has woken up the Arab nations much in general, but God permitting such a rekindle of story emergence to exist in our age, for me would be a social artifcat in how God provides low level small stepping points toward's a more potential openness toward Christ (moving ever so slightly one step closer to Jesus). Where it might not have affect on the Arab world, it is the "down the road" echo of Ishmael and Issac story told before the whole of the world. And even there, low level ingredients (speaking to each culture to their own orientation) the Accords phenomenon at least also provides the West to consider the Ishmael/Isaac echo. Prior to the Abraham Accords and a long with it too, what the world has seen though is not national Arab religious change of note, but the Arab world itself has been experiencing mass conversions to Christ over the past decade plus. To such a degree, it would almost seem to be the Abraham Accords a social artifact emblem "aftereffect" of a Muslim world well affected in conversion rate unto Christ in our age in general.

THE CANDACE FACTOR
Candace, being a sole US grifty like reporter certainly does not = the stature of internalional Accords. But we do live in a day and age where the individual has been greatly empowered in contrast to our past (mainly with the advent of social media). And in some ways brings the "individual" level of interest and exposure on par with international nation diplomacy media presence in ways and places. Candace had no small storm unveiling some Israeli strongholds in America that have challenged the 1st amendment (such as Trump and Congress mapping International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's [IHRA]) language used to how America is willing to define hate speech. Imbedding IHRA language (an international standard) into US law. Not many would pick up this theme because it is super politically incorrect to consider in our current political and theological climate. Yet, to me, wrong or right, the overarching presence Israeli holds over America has become a very noticeable international consideration. In whatever that might or might not mean to USA and world politics is not so much my interest. Nor its affect on the 1st Ammendment. Because the species of social artifcat that would interest me is what socio-political trends tend to have eschatological disclosure potency. And to me, that would massively be one. That Israel has become so huge on the world stage, it is rumored she has some very powerful footholds in the world gentile superpower. And notice of that for me suggests that it is an unmistakable theme seemingly extremely high in eschatological potential. Even at a mere political and socio-economic level. And as Candace would be one of the few to highlight this level of controversy that would have enough media presence to escalate its notice large enough on the national and global stage. To me, she would be of consequence. Not because she is controversial or even provocative. But just that she can make enough noise on certain levels. And how that might echo onto the Macrons (being so central to globalism which to me is a super high profile moving playing piece in eschatology) in exposure, for me, has far more to do with the greater globalism vs natioanalism eschatological tension and potential play out in days to come, than whatever the deal is or is not with Bridgett.

GOT QUESTIONS & THE AGE OF CONSENT
Each of us will bring different views of the age of consent issue. Historically it would seem (like in 1st century Israel), a man or woman (likely 13...bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah) was quite a bit younger than the trending universal acceptance of 18 in many many countries in the world today. And although there are consent age ranges that vary from country to country (as well as even states within countries), there are still many nations that are under the age of 18 (France being of course one of them). In general it would seem the bulk of the world has moved away from puberty equating with consent age. Perhaps some of that is due to longer life spans. But it would be an interesting study to discover how age of consent evolved (and where it also had not).

NEO PERSPECTIVES POTENTIAL TO INFORM UPON A HOST OF CRITERIA
I don't bring this up as a means of favoring France's earlier consent age, nor as a throwback to the 1st century biblical period (where the word itself does seem to have some language related such as in 1 Corinthians). I believe the evolved laws in our contemporary world are sound and in good faith toward the overall mental and emotional health of how people develop. And in some ways it might not be a bad idea to restrict consent to age 21...which I don't see in many nations at all. But like in the USA, our drinking age of 21 yet we can marry at 18...lol. So I guess it makes sense because of the devistation alcohol can introduce into early family life. But I'm just bringing this portion up though not really as any type of age of consent arguement in either direction (younger/older). But in respect to the value the observation of Got Questions brings to the age of consent concern and cultural perception. Because, actually, my interest here is not so much age of consent nor Bridgett. But in the hope and challenge perhaps some of my observations of social artifact relevance as it may relate to general revelation value within eschatological contexts and themes. Because I realize that looking at things through that kind of filter is almost non-existent in evagelicalism. And would likely typically be easily dismissed as reading current events into prophecy (whereas I would understand it almost having the other danger--the insightful ability to decouple core biblical themes from very simply understood events and alternative biblical themes--something I am aware, to me, in all of that is somewhat a living and active danger).

GENERAL REVELATION IS SUPER KEY IN OUR DAILY LIVES
But historical and cultural age of consent motifs as presented by God Questions, I believe, offers potential in how we might consider themes and events differently per parts of the world, social conditions, and historical orientation discoverables. In other words, it is very difficult sometimes to see the side of where someone is coming from if our cultural perspective can tend to omit relational context necessary to grasp (not necessarily agree with but just getting the sense of one's state of mind: like in a court of law and the different levels of murder--1st degree, 2nd degree etc) the actual most genuine context an event may occur within. For example, if in one culture crossing our legs exposing the undersole of the shoe toward a person is seen as disrespecting them. Without that context, a person in a culture like that who felt offended would to us seem way too moody around us for no reason at all. Yet in their mind, they would perhaps see us as one who publicly shamed them. And that person would not be open to consider anything from us perhaps in trying to be cordial to them. And the whole thing spiral out of context and control for lack of understanding what certain things mean to others in differing parts of the world type thing.

So it is only in that sense would I hope to bring the age of consent world up as a catalyst to (not necessarily agreeing with different portions of anyone else's eschatology) awareness permissible in how our heavenly Father might engage with His creation through general revelation in our age: as a potential along the way clarifying compliment to what is already laid in stone and provided in biblical writing. In general I am hopeful to find some levels of discussion in our forum where considering, even guessing, or at least openness (and possibly even the providing of) this level of detail might be helpful later on (when the internet may not be as accessible or change in life patterns make forum visits less possible). So although it is specifically addressed to your sincere weigh-ins regarding Bridgett, I would hope perhaps this might be somewhat helpful overall down the road for some to many who might not still be on the forum later, or might not have access later. Something just in as general as Bridgett perhaps be known for some tangy social bubblegum-trading-like-card issue "perhaps for the purpose" of highlighting the Macrons as significant end time players to be aware of. Like event horizons that meet at the intersection of Sensational Ave Central and Pay-Attention-to-These Two Players, road. If that might make sense? Thanks for letting me share. Blessings.

From the article posted by @TCC --

"While the Bible does not define an age of consent, the concept is biblical. Sex should never be forced (that is, non-consensual), and those at risk of exploitation must be protected. It is biblical to restrain the actions of pedophiles, prevent the victimization of children, and deter sexual abuse in general. Age of consent laws help do all of that.
"Parents have a responsibility to prepare their children for marriage and sexual expression that honors God. Ephesians 6:4 tells parents to “bring [children] up in the training and instruction of the Lord.” When God’s plan for sexual purity is valued within the family, a child can grow up knowing that the age of consent is that moment in adulthood when he or she has the wisdom to choose a spouse 'for better or worse.'"

100% !!!

Excellent information I had never really understood before. Thanks.

Regarding Brigitte and Macron I guess the most disgusting aspect is that she had authority over Macron.

Amen

And I’m praying for salvation for all involved.
I agree. The Lord convicted me of my harshness towards her and all pedophiles. I have a deep hatred towards them because of the devastation they cause for the ones they prey on. As a counselor, I have heard one too many haunting stories along with personal accounts from loved ones.

I am praying the Lord helps me see them as he sees them.

I would love to see Brigitte come know Jesus Christ, until then I struggle to not want the death penalty for abusers of that kind.

It’s an ongoing struggle for me too.

I’m going to put this verse in my footer: He has shown you, O man, what is good. "See that justice is done, let mercy be your first concern, and humbly obey your God." Micah 5:8

I long for justice and am learning to let mercy be my first concern.

They destroy lives. It’s understandable
